質問

携帯電話にメール送信できなくなりました。応答メッセージは次のようになってます。

意味がわからないのいで誰かヘルプしてください。

「できなくなりました」とのことですので、
以前できたとすると、よくある話が、携帯電話側のアドレスが
世界標準にのっとっていない場合、があります。
（これはそういうメールアドレスを許した携帯電話会社がいけないんですけれども）
新しいメーラーになってアドレスの解釈が厳密になると送れなくなるそうです。

送れないメールアドレスに
ピリオド「.」が@の直前や、頭についていませんか？
もしくは「..」のように連続して使っているとか。

対処方法は、メールアドレスを変えることが根本的な解決方法ですが。
"xxxx..xxx"@xxxxのように @の前を「"」と「"」で囲むと送れるように
なることがあるそうです。
