(1) その that は、そんなに離れたところまでいかなくても、すぐ前の部分のことだと思います。 the most important dealing (with corporate vs. worker rights) that the justices have ever heard ということだと思います。短くいえば the dealing で、長くいえば the most .... worker rights の部分。 (2) 引用の文が原文の形と少し異なっているようです。以下に引用してみます。 > "On the facts of the case," wrote Justice Antonin Scalia for the majority, the plaintiffs had to show "significant proof that Wal-Mart operated under a general policy of discrimination.
