ANo.#1です。補足です。 http://www.bereskinparr.com/about_ip/industrial_design/aboutip_id_1.html ここにあるように、デザインの「独特な見てくれ」は場合によって登録商標が可能なときもあるそうです。衣装のデザインに限定されるようなものではないと思われます。
