PCエラー　BAD_POOL_HEADER

デル製ディメンション8300　WINDOWS XPを使用しています。 PCを立ち上げると、デスクトップ画面にはなるのですが、すぐに青画面に白文字（英文）に切り換わります。 英文は以下になります。 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. BAD_POOL_HEADER If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen,restart your computer.If this screen appears again,follow these steps: Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. PC起動時にF8を連打するとブートオプションが出ますので、 セーフモードを選択して起動してみましょう。 起動できた場合、ディスクのエラーチェックを行って下さい。 ディスクのエラーチェック手順； http://www-06.ibm.com/jp/domino04/pc/support/beginner.nsf/btechinfo/SYB0-0294DEC チェック ディスクのオプション2つともチェックを付けておきましょう。

ありがとうございました。 とりあえず、原因はわかりませんでしたが、上記手順で深刻なエラーから復帰しました。 長期間使用していましたからHDもそろそろ寿命ですかね。完璧に壊れるのもそろそろだと思うのでHDを交換しようと思います。

ありがとうございます。 スキャナー及びデジカメは接続していなかったのですが、外付けHDには接続をしていました。 とりあえず、セーフモードから復帰しました。 原因はわかりませんでしたが、完璧に壊れる前に内蔵HDを交換しようかなと思っています。
