このようなエラーがでて困っています

質問

If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable computers,restart
your Computer,press F8 to select Advanced start up options,and then
select safe mode.

というエラーです。解決方法または出なくなる方法を教えてください

原因が特定できないのがこのエラーです。
マザーボード(メインボード)の故障か、ハードディスクの故障か…
このメッセージだけでは判断できません。

ＯＳを再インストールして様子を見るしかないでしょう。
ディスク内のデータは基本的に諦めてください。もう一台ＰＣがあるならハードディスクを取り出してもう一台に接続すればサルベージ出来る可能性はあります。
が、ノートＰＣの場合それなりのスキルがないとハードディスクを取り出すまでが大変で、下手をすると元に戻せなくなり本当に壊れてしますます。

試しに、電源を入れたらＦ８キーを連打してセーフモードで起動し、セーフモードで起動できたらスキャンディスクを実行してみましょう。それで直るかもしれません。

セーフモードでも起動しない、ＯＳを入れ直しても改善されない場合はメーカー修理です。

メーカー修理に出すとハードディスクを交換されるかもしれないので中のデータは諦めましょう。
ＯＳを入れ直す場合も同じです。
次からはデータのバックアップをしましょうね。

メッセージにも書いてありますが、最近追加したハードウェアやソフトウェアが引き起こすこともあるようで、いずれにしても、そのまま対処しないで使用すると壊れてしまうようです。
