＃１です。 ＞・・・でもこれが記載されていたものは、そこまではっきり伝えたいものではないと思われますので、気にしなくてもいいですよね。 そうですね、文意によっては過去形に時間の幅を持たせて、完了形のように「～していた」とした方が伝わりやすいことはよくありますよ。文脈によりけりなので、ここまでしか言えないのですが、ご参考までに。
