家族の仲が良いというのを表現したいのなら Her familiy is getting along well each other. がよいと思います。getting along well をdoing wellにしてもOKです。 I think の部分はそのままで良いと思います。

Her family sounds like a very close family. 英辞郎の例文から Your family sounds like a very close family. あなたのご家族はとても親密［仲がいい］みたいですね。

自分の英語の出来が悪いので感じることかもしれませんが、日本語の方が細かいニュアンスの違いを表現できる言語のように思えることが多々あり、細かい気持ちの揺れ？みたいなものを、英語ではどのように描写すればよいのか困ることが多いです。 特にメールでのやり取りだと文字だけなので微妙な揺れを感じ取ってもらうのに困ることが多いです。 例えば、I think that everyone doesn't do such a thing. 「皆がそのようなことをしないと思います」という意味になるかと思いますが、 「皆がそのようなことをするというわけではないと思います」という表現の英文にしたいときなどです。 翻訳サイトで、I think that everyone doesn't do such a thing.を訳すと、 あるサイトでは「皆がそのようなことをしないと思います」と訳され、 またあるサイトでは「皆がそのようなことをするというわけではないと思います」と訳され困惑。。 同じ英語でも前後の文面やトーンでニュアンスが変わることがあるのは理解しているのですが、 この場合の英語もそれで変わってくるということでしょうか？ 「皆がそのようなことをしないと思います」＝ほぼ100％誰もしないと言いたい場合。 「皆がそのようなことをするというわけではないと思います」＝する人もいるだろうが多くの人はしないと言いたい場合。 日本語だと個人的にはこのように微妙なニュアンスを伝えることができると思うのですが、英語だとどう表現すればいいのでしょうか？ Someone might do such a thing, but I think that everyone doesn't do such a thing usually. というような言い方をしなければならないものなのでしょうか？？
