いつもお世話になります。富士通FMV Deskpower C9/160WT, Pen4 1.6GHz, RAM 512MB, WinXP Pro(SP1)使用です。ここ２－３週間、新しくアプリケーションを開けたとき（特定の種類ではないがAdobe IllustratorやPagemakerのことが多い）およびIEでWebのページを飛んだときに突然青画面になり、以下のようなメッセージ（詳細は多少異なるかも）が出てしばらくして自動再起動します。 >A problem has been detected windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. >If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appearss again, follow these you have.... （"stop"以下のドライバをチェックして交換するか、製造元に問い合わせるようにという内容の英文） stop: 0x0000008E, 0xBF917C17, 0xEDEE5D70, 0X00000000 win32k.sys （この前後に何か英文がありましたが忘れてしまいました） "stop"以下にある英数字が何かのドライバらしいのですが何かわかりません（ファイルを検索しても引っかかりませんでした）。症状の出る直前には、あまりアプリケーションを入れた記憶はありません（よく引っかかるAdobeのアプリは２ヶ月くらい前に入れました）。下記の質問の＃５を参考に「システムエラー時に自動的に再起動する」のチェックを解除してそれからは（今のところ）症状は出ていませんが、気分が悪いので何とか根本的に治しておきたいです。よろしくお願いします。 http://www.okweb.ne.jp/kotaeru.php3?q=411061

これは、そのアプリが、XPのSP1を当てた時に起きるバグです。多分、必ずあるアプリの実行とか、発生する時には、復元性があると思います。その現象が発生する、アプリのサイトで、修正用のバッチが当てられるように、ダウンロードサービスがされているはずですから、覗いてみて、チェックしてください。ドライバーの更新とか、対応策とかが出ているはずですから・・・同じ経験者として、一言です。（あるソフトで必ず、発生して、まあいい機会だと思って、OSのフォーマット、再インストールをしても、だめだった経験があり、そのアプリのサイトに行ったら、バグ修正プログラムのダウンロードを見つけたことがありましたので、ご参考になれば）

ご回答ありがとうございます。そうですか。Adobeをはじめアップデートやパッチはまめに当てていて漏れはないはずなんですが....。症状の出たアプリでもう一度確かめてみます。

青い画面、英文ずらり

シャットダウン時に青画面＋英文
