18番が気になります。 C:characteristic D:characteristics どちらでも良いが、選択をしないといけません。 Firstが文頭に付くと、Second、ThirdそしてFiallyと文章が続くはずです。Firstと言って特色を羅列してSecondに移るのが良いか、特色を1つだけ述べて次の(Second)価格面に話を繋いだほうがよいか、議論が分かれるところですね。 例えばWiiであれば このソフトの特色は、一に誰もが遊べる。二に価格がマイクロソフトやソニーより安い、三に・・・ とするならば C;を選ぶと思うのですが、主観の違いですか。 その他は貴方と同じ考えに至りました。

[17]はDの handoutsです。handoutというのは配布物のことで、学校の授業やこういうプレゼンテーションで、資料として配られるものをhandout(s)と言います。
