メッセンジャーのウィルスに感染したようです。。

メッセンジャーで友達から飛んできたURLをクリックしてしまいました。 その時はなんともなく、リンク切れのアドレスかなと思い、普通にパソコンを使用出来たのですが、次の日起動させると　『Windowsが正しく開始できませんで した。最近のハードウェアまたはソフトウェアの更新が原因の可能性があります。』とでてセーフモード等のコマンドを選べる画面になりました。そして、どの選択肢を選択しても、しばらくすると青い画面に白い文字で A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer. If this screen appears again,follow these steps: check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installedhard drives or hard drive controllers.check your hard driveto make sure it is properly configured and terminated.Run CHKDSK/F to check for hard drive corruption,and then restart your computer. Technical information:*** STOP:0x0000007B というのが出てきます。どうやらウィルスを検出して削除しろといったような内容だと思うのですが、この画面から動かず、またセーフモード等も機動せずどうして良いのかわかりません。できれば再インストールはしたくないのですが。。。　不用意にクリックしてしまった私が悪いのですが、大変困っていますので申し訳ありませんが、よろしくお願いします。

ウィルスではなくHDDの故障ですね MS-DOSコマンドから「CHKDSK /F」または「CHKDSK /r」を実行して運が良ければ回復できますが、すぐに故障する可能性があるのでHDDを交換することをおすすめします。 回復コンソールの使用方法はOSの記載が無いので具体的な方法は記載できませんが、WindowsXPの場合は製品CDをドライブにセットしてCD-ROMから起動したときのセットアップウィザードに「回復コンソール」がありますのでそれを選んでください。 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/882361/ja

ちなみに現在　http://lets-go.hp.infoseek.co.jp/kaihuku.html　に従ってCDを作成しようとしているのですが、解凍のくだりがうまくいかないのですが、VISTAではXP用のCDが作れないなんてことはあるのでしょうか？質問を重ねてしまい申し訳ありません。

> できれば再インストールはしたくないのですが。。 その理由は何なのでしょうか。大切なデータが消えてしまうからというのであれば、データをサルベージしてやればいいことです。単に面倒くさいからというのであれば、たとえOSが起動することができても、爆弾（或いは残骸）を抱えたまま使い続けることになるかもしれないことを認識されるべきでしょう。 それはさておき、問題がソフトウェアにあるのか、ハードウェアにあるのかの切り分けがまだのようですね。HDD自体が破損しているのであれば、いくらソフトウェア的な手段を講じても、その努力は無駄に帰する可能性があります。HDDが生きているかどうかを調べることが先決ではないでしょうか。 方法としては、Knoppixのような1CD Linuxを用いて、HDDにアクセスできるかどうかを試すのが良いと思います。Windowsユーザーの間では、Windowsが起動しなくなった際のデータ救出用として知られているCDドライブから起動可能なLinuxです。Knoppixは無料のOSなので、準備にはKnoppixを焼くためのCD-R　1枚分の費用とCDを焼けるPCだけで済みます。本件以外の場合のデータ救出用にも使えますので作っておいて損はないと思います。 【 knoppix 】 http://unit.aist.go.jp/itri/knoppix/ 【 しづわんの子育て日記－KNOPPIXでデータ救出成功！！ 】 http://plaza.rakuten.co.jp/shizuwan/diary/200709010000/ KnoppixからHDDにアクセスできなければガッカリですが、幸運にもアクセスできればハードウェアの故障でないと判断できます。その際はついでにデータの救出も行っておきましょう。あとはNo.1の回答者の方のアドバイスでどこまでいけるかですね。

ご回答ありがとうございました。Knoppixでもデータの救出はできず、残念ながらあきらめました。再インストールの前にいろいろあがけたのであきらめもつきました。

物理的にに壊れていることはありますよ。 HDDの故障は大きく分けて ・基盤が壊れた ・ディスクを回すモーターが壊れた ・ディスクが傷ついた ・ディスクの磁気がおかしくなった です。 基本BIOSで認識しているのはHDDの基盤から読み取った情報です。 よってBIOSから認識されていても壊れている場合があります。 基盤が壊れた場合は同型番のHDDを購入して交換すれば復活するかもしれませんが、BIOSで認識して壊れているのであればディスク系統です。 磁気がおかしくなっている場合は寿命が近いので、ソフトを使って強引に回復させて退避してHDDを交換する手もありますが物理的に壊れた場合は救いようがないです。 ちなみに傷ついたか磁気がおかしくなったかは判断できません。 <磁気がおかしくなったHDDを復旧させるソフト：シェアウェアで約6200円> http://www.altech-ads.com/product/10003043.htm <上記ソフトの記事(レビュー)> http://gigazine.net/index.php?/news/comments/20060811_hdd_regenerator/

たびたびありがとうございました。　磁気がおかしくなったHDDを復旧させるソフト以外はかなりあがいても残念ながらデータの復旧不可でした。　しかし、あきらめもつきましたし、数日間にわたり　本当にありがとうございました！

No.1です。 記載していただいたURLは、小職がNo.1に記載させていただきましたリンクの「方法2」の内容です。 おそらくVistaではXPの自己解凍形式のファイルは回答できないかもしれません。 XPのCDが製品版であればNo.1に記載させていただきましたリンクの「方法 1 : Windows XP CD-ROM で回復コンソールを実行する」でできます。 1.BIOSの起動ドライブの順番の1番最初にCD-ROMを選択してBIOSの保存。 2.CD-ROMにXPのCDを挿入して起動(電源投入)。 3.「Press Any key～」←「CD-ROMから起動するなら何かキーを押せ」的な英語が出たところでスペースキーなどを押す。 で回復コンソールが使えます。 ※ OSのクリーンインストールのウィザードの途中に回復コンソールに入る選択肢があります。

丁寧なご回答ありがとうございます。なんとか弟のPCを使ってNo2の方法でCDを作成することができました！　もしご存じなら教えていただきたいのですが、BIOSでHDDを認識していても物理的にHDDが壊れていることはあるのでしょうか？大変お手数かと思いますが、よろしくお願いします。

HDDがおかしくなっています。 セーフモードでも起動しないなら修理を考えた方が良いです。 マニュアルの指示に従って再セットアップしてみて下さい。 データを救いたい場合、HDDが壊れていないなら２つの方法があります。 １）ディスクを交換し、ディスクはあとで外付けするか他のパソコンへ接続してデータを参照　→　ただし、自分で交換してしまうとメーカ製パソコンの場合メーカサポートは受けられなくなります。 ２）Acronis True Imageパッケージ版を買ってきてCDからブートして外付けHDDへバックアップを取ります。 http://www.runexy.co.jp/products/acronis-trueimage-11/index.html

ご回答ありがとうございます。中のデータはなくなると痛いですが、特にお金を払ってまで救出したいデータでもないので、がんばって自力でできるところまでやってみたいと思います。

ウィルス感染なら（セーフモードも起動しないとあれば）リカバリになりますが、CHKDSK　/F　やドライバをインストールするには F6 キーを押して、もできませんか？
