Beijing's Environmental Protection Bureau will begin to publish monitoring data on fine particulate matter before the Chinese New Year … ●文法構造について 今回の例では後続の記事からwill （ is going to ）と同じ意味であると推測できますが、 一般的に文法構造上どのような位置づけなのか知りたいです。（"is going" の省略なのでしょうか、それとも"is"の省略なのでしょうか） ●意味について また意味についても、常にwill （ is going to ）と同じ意味なのか、それとも"be動詞＋不定詞"と同じように複数の解釈（予定、運命、意図等）があるのか知りたいです。 よろしくお願いします！

ある薬と他の薬のinteraction（相互作用）に関する英文を読んでいるのですが↓の２つの文で文法的にわからないことがあります。 When physicians use several drugs concurrently, they face the problem of knowing whether a specific combination in a given patient has the potential to result in an interaction, and, if so, how to take advantage of the interaction if it lead to improvement in therapy or how to avoid the consequences of an interaction if they are adverse. Estimates of the incidence of clinical drug-drug interactions range （A）3 to 5％ in patients taking a few drugs to 20％ in patients who are receiving 10 to 20 drugs. まず１つ目の文で「how to take advantage of」と「how to avoid」の2つのhow toがきていますが、それぞれ「～を利用する方法」「～を避ける方法」と訳すと文が成り立たなくなってしまいます。一体このhow toの文法的な役割は何なのでしょうか？ 次に２つ目の文で、この文はおそらくrange from A to Bで「AからBへ及んでいる」の形になっていると思うのですが「A to B」のtoが文中ではどのtoに相当するのかがわかりません。10 to 20はこれだけで「10～20」という意味なのでしょうか？（なお、文中の(A)には何か前置詞が入りますが、このように考えた場合fromだということになります・・・） 考えてもどうしてもわからないのでわかる方がおられましたら教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

同じような質問を昨日に続けてしてしまってすみません。どなたかご回答をよろしくお願いします。 Tell me at ten if she has come or not. （彼女が来たかどうか八時になったら教えてください。） この文は、未来をあらわす文（だと思うのですが・・）の名詞節で現在完了の形が使われていますが、この文を「来たことがあるか」ではなく「来たかどうか」という訳でとらえると、これは I will watch TV after I have done the dishes. （私は皿洗いをした後テレビを見るつもりだ。） のような文に見られるような 時・条件の副詞節で起こるような未来完了の代わりの現在完了なのでし ょうか？もしそうなら 、未来をあらわす文で、時・条件の副詞節だけでなく名詞節や形容詞節 でも未来完了を現在完了の形にできるのでしょうか？ それとも、 I watch TV after I have done the dishes. (私は皿洗いをした後にテレビを見る） の例に見られるような、いわゆる未来完了の代用ではなく、前後関係をあらわすための現在完了なのでしょうか？ 自分としては、 please lend me the book if you have finished reading it. （その本を読み終えたら、私に貸してください。) のような命令文の従属節にある現在完了形が未来完了を意味するものだとかいてあったので、上に挙げた例文も主節が命令文であることから未来完了の代わりではないかと思うのですが・・ どなたかご説明をよろしくお願いします。

Every one of the gold mines that Moradco operates throughout the world has at some time or another violated environmental regulations. という文があるとすると上の文からわかるのはMost of the mines that Moradco operates in Velyena are not gold mines.ということらしいのですが、（これは理解できます） Most of the mines that Moradco operates in Velyena are not gold mines.が言えないのはなぜなのでしょうか...。
