【STOPエラー】対処方法教えてください！

Refer to your Getting Started manusl for more information on troublesshootung Stop errors. OSインストール時に、以上のエラーが出てインストール出来ません。ちなみに現在PCはOS無し状態です。どう対処すれば良いか、アドバイスお願いします！

インストール時に起きるのならハードウェア障害の可能性が高いです。 メーカ製ならメーカへ修理依頼です。 自作の場合はパーツ交換していくことです。

回答者側にもっと詳しく情報を提供して欲しいと思う。 こちらとして知りたいのは、 　・「OSインストール」とあるが、ショップから新品のパーツを取り寄せて組んでみたがそうなったのか、それとも稼動していたPCに問題が発生した為OS再インストールしようとしてそうなったのか 　・PCの素性(メーカー製PCなのか自作機やショップブランドなのか) 　・リカバリなのか通常のOSインストールなのか 　・もしも最初の質問で、稼動していたPCに問題が発生した為だったなら、どの様な不具合が発生していたのか です。
