ブルー画面のエラーメッセージSTOP: 0x0000007Bが出ました。回復の仕方わかる方おりませんか？

Roxio Easy media Creator　の完全アンインストール手順↓中 http://forums.roxio.jp/index.php?showtopic=350 何か失敗したようで、２度目の再起動後に下記のブルー画面のエラーメッセージが出てしまいました。 *** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xEB81B84C,0x0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000) If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen,restart your computer. Refer to your Getting Started manual for more information on troubleshooting Stop errors. これはどうしたらいいのでしょうか？ F8で拡張メニューの表示のやり方はわかります。 ここからなんとか回復できるような内容なのでしょうか？

こんにちは。 他の質問も拝見しました。 なかなか厳しいかなぁと思います。 たぶん完全アンインストールのページに出ているレジストリの HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services　か HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class　以下の別の部分をいじっちゃったんだと思います。 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEMの必要なレジストリが壊れてるので起動できないと。 なので起動させるにはレジストリを元に戻してあげればいいです。う～ん、でも原因は単純ですがそれが難しい。 起動できるのなら、起動してからレジストリエディタで元に戻せばいいんですが、どこを間違えて変えちゃったか分からないでしょうし、そもそも起動できないわけですよね・・・。 レジストリの正体はここにあるように↓ 「Microsoft Windows レジストリの説明」 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/256986/ja Systemroot\System32\Config フォルダにある各ファイルです。 ですからHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEMを回復させたければ、C:\WINNT\system32\config\にある間違ったSYSTEMファイルをまともなファイルに置き換えてあげればいいです。 Win2kですとSYSTEMの非常用コピーとしてSYSTEM.ALTと言うファイルがあるので、 「System.alt を使用してシステム ハイブを修復する」 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/151247/ja にあるように、System.altをリネームして置き換えてあげれば回復する可能性があります。 ただSYSTEMファイルが書き込まれている時に壊れたのならSystem.altファイルはまともだと思いますが、今回はレジストリを編集して再起動しているので、System.altも書き換えられている可能性が高いような。それだと厳しいですよね・・・。 一応やり方としては回復コンソールを起動してリネームとかもあるんですが、内蔵CDドライブが使えないんですよねぇ。 となると、HDDを取り外して他のPCにつないで中身を見るのが一番手っ取り早いですね。 ＞XPに2000のドライブをはずして装着させることが自分ではもう怖くてできそうにありません（＾＾； やってみれば難しくは無いですよ^^。必要な技術としてはねじ回しが使えることくらいです。 一応DELLと書いてあったので、いくつか探してみました。 Q&A検索で http://support2.jp.dell.com/jp/jp/mwfaq/search.asp シリーズと検索内容に「HDD　交換」と入れて検索すると各機種ごとの「パーツの取り外し、取り付け手順」が出てきます。 こんな感じ http://support2.jp.dell.com/jp/jp/mwfaq/faq.asp?faqno=198038 HDDの取り外しも下のほうにあります。 少なくともHDDが壊れたわけではないので、他のPCに繋げば中身は必ず見えるはずです。 繋ぐには内蔵HDDの外付けケースとか、一番安くて簡単なのはこういうものですね。 http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%82%BB%E3%83%B3%E3%83%81%E3%83%A5%E3%83%AA%E3%83%BC-%E8%A3%B8%E6%97%8F%E3%81%AE%E9%A0%ADIDE-CRAIU2/dp/B000YAUI9E ショップで1700円くらいであります。 仮に繋いだPCがCドライブ（HDD）、Dドライブ（HDD）、E（CDドライブ）とあれば、「Fドライブ」として認識されます。 そこでF:\WINNT\system32\config\の中の「SYSTEM」ファイルをどこかに移動して、「System.alt」ファイルをコピーし、「コピー ～ System.alt」を「SYSTEM」に名前を変えてみる。 そのHDDを元のPCに繋ぎ直して、うまく起動すればラッキー。 起動しなくても、少なくともHDDの中身が見れれば、保存してあったデータファイルの救出は出来ますので、がんばってやってみてください。 う～ん、あんまり役に立たない回答でごめんなさい(^^;。

返答ありがとうございました。 お礼がおくれてすみません； いろいろ参考になりました。 外付けでＵＳＢ接続にするアダプタを買って中を見れました！ と同時にウィルスチェックしてみたら１０個ほどありました・・・ ウィルス削除して元のＰＣに接続してみたのですが同じエラーが出てしまったのでデータのバックアップをとり、ドライブごとフォーマットしてしまいました。 ＯＳの再インストールしようと思ったらＣＤドライブが壊れていることに気がついて今どうしようかまよっているところです； ５インチなのか３．５インチなのか、薄型だけどＡＴＡＰＩってなんだろとか・・・ http://www.bestgate.net/cdrom_mitsumi_sr244series.html ↑ここのでいいのかな？ というところまで行きました。 なにはともあれありがとうございました。

(1)セーフモードでroxioをアンインストール (2)前回正常起動時の構成（F8）を試す 　Lキーを押すのを忘れないでください (3)roxioをセットアップして追加されるサービス名が判れば、 回復コンソールを起動し、diable コマンドでそのサービスを起動しないようにする。

返答ありがとうございます。 OSはwindows2000sp4なのですが、参考URL見ても店にもっていったほうがよさそうな予感です。 家族用PCで今これを書いているのですがそっちはXPです。 XPに2000のドライブをはずして装着させることが自分ではもう怖くてできそうにありません（＾＾； もうあきらめるしかないか・・・

Refer to your Getting Started manual for more information on troubleshooting Stop errors. 自分なりに調べてはみましたが、知識不足のため、解決策が見出せませんでした。 一応 試したこと ・再起動 ・セーフモードで起動 ・セーフモードとコマンドプロンプト起動 ・前回正常起動時の構成機能を使用して起動 ・参考http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822052/ja ここ数日の経緯 お気に入りがすべて消える（原因不明） →別のフォルダに移動？保存？されていたので、対応している（と自分が判断した）フォルダにコピー →お気に入り回復 →次回起動時にエラー表示 新しいハードウェア追加などはしていません。 ここからが本題なのですが、修復するにはリカバリ以外に手はあるでしょうか？ リカバリでも良いのですが、バックアップをとっていないため、できれば他の手でなんとかできれば、と思っています。 言葉の使い方に不適切な部分があれば指摘していただけると有り難いです。 よろしくお願いします。
