There's a similar phrase, "in the offing." But that tends to mean visible, and has very strong visible meaning. "Offing" is the part of the ocean between where ships dock and the farthest point you can see from land. So something that's nearby or coming soon, as long as you can see it, you can say is in the offing. So something that's nearby or coming soon, as long as you can see it, you can say is in the offing. (1) So something that's nearby or coming soon, as long as you can see it, you can say is in the offing. (2) So something that's nearby or coming soon, as long as you can see it, you can say, is in the offing.

Hello, sorry about that; unfortunately our old captcha bypass has been patched so the recaptcha you see here will come up randomly. It may not always be the case as you noticed so there is a bit of luck involved. Currently there is no bypass (for any bot) on the market, but we will definitely add it in as soon as it becomes available!

What you can do is learn how to cope with the pressures thrown up as part of his problems. What you can do is の後はto learn ではないのでしょうか。 (2-1)「the pressures thrown up as part of his problems」 「thrown up as part of his problems」が「課題の一端として生じた」なら 「thrown up」は「the pressures」の動詞部分でよいのでしょうか。 「throw up the problems」という表現はあっても「throw up the pressures」という表現は検索しても出てきません。 (2-2)また、「the pressures thrown up」は「the pressures that are thrown up」と考えてよいでしょうか。

M:Hi, Emi. How do you do? E:I'm great! Thanks. Yourself? M:I'm great, too. Thanks. E:You know what, I don't like Kate well 'cause I think she always stare at me... M:Really? I like her so much. She is pretty and smart as well. E:Well,I'm just wondering about it. Never mind. M:It's ok. I'm so tired becuse of last night's stayed up. E:For what? M:For playing games. I’m crazy about them. E:Oh, are you? M:Yep. Are you interested in them? E:Kind of. M:Oh, Is it Yoko walking over there , isn’t she? E:Yeah, I think it’s Yoko. Yoo-Hoo! Yoko! Come over here. Y:Hey you guys! Long time no see:) M:Yeah. It’s good to see you again. E:By the way, where are you going now? Y:I’m going to a book store. M:You look as happy as ever, Yoko:D Y:Thanks a lot. I gotta go:( Bye for now. M&E:See ya!
