海外のインターネットを使用中、途中で使用が不可になった時どうしたら良いですか？
海外のインターネットをやっていて、必要事項を記入して前に進むのですが、途中で"This service is not available in your area."と出てしまい、それ以上前に進めずとても困っています。どうしたら、前に進めるかお教えください。

三月末に海外の大手通販サイトからカードで商品を購入し、USPSで発送をしたと追跡番号と共にメールが来たのが29日なのですが、 7日現在いまだ商品は届かず、追跡機能を利用しても Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office. と出るのみで追跡されていないようでした。このまま待っていれば商品は届くのでしょうか？ちなみに送料はUSPSのfirst class mailで七ドルくらいだったと思います。 よろしくお願いします。

仕様機種：ＤＥＬＬ INSPRON 1501 XP Home Edition ＤＥＬＬ診断プログラムのＣｕｓｔｏｍ ＴｅｓｔでＣＰＵのテスト (間違えてクリックして開始してしまったのでもしかしたら違うかも？）をしたところ、途中で下記のような表示がでました。 Prompt If the video subsystem in your computer supports video resolutions that the monitor does not , some of video test screens will flicker and appear to malfunction. This condition does not affect the accuracy of the video subtests or indicate a hardware problem. 「ＯＫ」というクリックするボタンしかなかったので、ＯＫとしたところ、画面が真っ黒になり点滅のような状態になり、しばらくしたら 真っ黒な画面に次のような文字が出ました。 Character Attributes Test(80×25) This line is in normal intensity. This line is in reverse video. (←白くなって選択されている） This line is intensified. This line is blinking. (←文字が点滅している） Is this crrect - Y/N ?（画面の一番左下に表示） この画面になってから怖くてどこも触っていません。 私のパッケージは、ＤＥＬＬサポートが受けられる時間が午前９時から午後９時までなので この時間テクニカルサポートが利用できません(；_；) どうしたらよいのでしょうか？ 誰か教えてください！よろしくお願いします。
