SSLでログインできません

ＳＳＬを使うサイトにログインしようとしたら、次のようなメッセージがでました。 SSL Alert The browser and the web-site cannot communicate securely because there are no common encryption algorithms. Please try the following: - Check the SSL protocol settings on the browser for SSLv3/TLSv1 protocol support. - The secure web-site may be using high-strength encryption algorithms(128 bit). Check the SSL settings on your browser, if it supports high-strength encryption algorithms. - Upgrade your browser to latest version. 普段使ってない実家のパソコンなので勝手がよくわかりません。 ＩＥ自体がアプリケーションエラーで出て立ち上がらないのでDonutPを使用しています。 ＩＥのオプション設定ではＳＳＬを使うにチェックをいれてありますし、 セキュリティレベルをいじったりウイルスソフトをとめたりしても駄目です。 どうしたらよいのでしょうか、どなたかお助けください・・・

IEのファイルが壊れているのが原因ではないでしょうか？または、旧いバージョンのままだとか。DonutPもIEのエンジン部分を利用するので、IEが壊れている場合、そのまま影響をうけます。お使いのＯＳとかＩＥのバージョンは何ですか？ ＩＥをインストールし直すか、他のブラウザを（ＩＥ非互換のもの）インストールしてみて下さい。例えば、Firefoxとか。 http://www.mozilla-japan.org/products/firefox/

    あるサイトに行きたくて； Internet Explorer ではこのページは表示できません と出るので詳細を見ると これが HTTPS (安全な) アドレスである場合、[ツール]、[インターネット オプション]、[詳細設定] の順にクリックして、[セキュリティ] の項目の下にある、SSL と TLS のプロトコルが有効になっていることを確認してください。 もう少し最後を詳しく知りたいのですが、 SSL 2.0 SSL 3.0 TLS 1.0 三つのVチェックを入れる？外す？ことでしょうか？ （現在は一番上だけにVがない状態です。） 変に触って元に戻せなくなったら厄介です。 この場合、元に戻すかリセット（どう違う？）でしょうか。これもわからない。 ご存知の方、助けてください。
