windowsXPインストール途中でエラー？なぜ？

こんにちは、先日NEC VersaPro PC-VA65H(B5サイズ）を購入。このbookには、cdドライブがありません。で、USBCDドライブをつけて起動。XPをインストールしようと、はじめましたがインストール途中のファイルを集めているところで、再試行とでて、boot○○.bllかな？でこのエラーが出てしまい。続けると、、、 if this is the first time you've seen this stop errer screen, restart your computer .if this screen appears again,follow there steps: chek to be sure you have adequate disk space. if a driver is identified in the stop massage, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. try changing video adapters. check with your hardware vendor fou any BIOS updaters.disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing, if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select advanced startup options.and then select safe mode. と表示されます。 で、とりあえずドライブを別のやつを取り付けてインストールしようとしましたが、やはり同じところで止まります。 解決方法ご存知の方は、よろしくアドバイスお願いいたします。

増設メモリがあれば一旦外してみてください。 BIOSを起動時にF２を押して表示します。 デフォルトをまずロードします。 次に起動の順番を一番目に外付けUSB　CD-driveにします。 ネットワークからのブートは切ります ついでに日付けなども確認して下さい。 確認したら設定を保存（save）して下さい。 ドライバー・アップデートモジュールやマニュアルなどは http://www.express.nec.co.jp/index.html http://search.casnavi.nec.co.jp/download/pc/module/sabun/support_os_versa.htm NEC８番街のサポートで、もしくは http://www.express.nec.co.jp/ NEC１２１Ware サポートにあります。 型式がPC-VA65Hまでなので不明でした。

皆さんありがとうございました。 ひとつひとつがヒントになり無事かいけついたしました。あらためててありがとうございました。 結論から言いますと、増設メモリーはずすと問題なくインストール完了いたしました。 あとでmemotest86 で確認すると、メモリエラーがでました（＾＾； これが原因のようです。 以上

USBのCDドライブを使っての、XPのインストールは出来ません。 インストールの最中、USBなど外部機器がWindowsに認識されていない状態のまま、セットアップCDからファイルを読み出しする場面があります。 USBのCDが認識されてない状態で、そのCDを読めって言われても絶対に不可能なので、質問にあるようなエラーが出て当たり前です。 CDでセットアップするには「BIOSレベルでドライブが認識されるCDドライブ」が必要です。

ありがとうございます。 biosレベルでは認識していて、CD起動中し、フォーマット---＞インストール途中でこけます。 この状態では認識しているんですが....なぜなんでしょう？

追加 エラーが出るということは既にOSが入っているのですか？ F8を押せとあるので、セーフモード（電源入れロゴが出たらF8を軽くトントン叩きセーフモードなどのメニューで「前回正常時の構成」を選び起動）をしてみれば？ なお、XPは製品版ですか？（ライセンス違反にはなりませんか？） OEM版OSの場合入っていたPC以外にはインストールできないかと思います。

USB接続CDドライブから起動できません。 OSがインストールされたPCではUSBコントローラー（ドライバ）を認識してUSBが使えますが、なにもない箱からはUSBを認識しない＝起動しない。
