エラーメッセージ

パソコンを使用中に背景が真っ青になって 下記のようなメッセージが出てきたのですが、 何をすれば良いのかわからず対応できません。 どうやって対処すればいいのでしょうか？ これが出てきたメッセージです。 A problam has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. こんにちは 現在PCは起動しますか？ 一応、今回のエラー情報がMSのサポートサイトに掲載されていました。対処用のプログラムが提供されているようですが、かなりに入手が面倒です。 再現性が無い様であれば、様子を見てみるほうが良いと思われます。 また、メモリを増設されてたりしませんか？ 増設されている場合は、増設した分を外してみて起動するか確認してみてください。
