AVGをインストールするとエラーがでてしまいます。

AVG7.5をダウンロードをインストールすると途中で Local machine: prepared for the installation Actions plan: Error: Service Avg7RsW needs to be installed, but it has been marked by the Windows as delete pending during previous unintallation process. Please restart the computer to finnish pending service deletion. とでてしまってそれ以上先に進めません。 どうしたらよいかご教授お願いいたします

AVGFreeについての説明をしている「あつぼん」さんのホームページにインストール時の注意点が書いてます。 使用者名が日本語で入力されていると「２バイト文字」でトラブルを発生するそうで、 「半角英文字に変更する」必要があるそうです。 その点について確認することを勧めます。 あつぼんのほーむぺーじ　AVGのインストール方法 http://atubon.hp.infoseek.co.jp/avg-in.html
