解説が意味不明です
いつもここでお世話になっています。今回は文明の文化についてという長文の中の１文で The cultureof civilized nations today consists of a combination of traits that orginated in peoples of all races,living in all parts of the world.という文で 「文明国の文化は、今では複数の文化的特徴の組み合わせでできている」が解説の訳なんですが、複数のと文化的・・・という訳がどこを言っているのか意味不明です。あと、that節の訳で「世界中に住む、あらゆる種族に属する民族の生んだ」という前の訳の続きなんですが、あらゆる～属するの属するとは英語の単語には直接コレっていうのが見当たりません。属するとは日本語で補ったんでしょうか？文全体がなく短い文でわかりにくいかと思いますが、もしわかる方いましたら教えてください！

複数の→all races 文化的特徴→（cultural）traits:補ったものです あらゆる種族に属する民族→peoples of all races 拙訳は以下のとおりです。参考にしてください。 「今日、文明諸国の文化といわれるものは、世界のあらゆる場所に住むすべての民族が生み出す文化的特質の集合からなっている。」
