英文メール受信後、他のメールが受信できない！なぜ？

そのメールの内容はあなたのプロバイダからのもので、「メールボックスがいっぱいになっているので、これ以上のメールは受信できません。」というものです。プロバイダのメールボックスは容量がそう多くないので、もし、メールソフトの設定で受信したメールを「サーバに残す」設定をしていると、受信したメールが全部プロバイダのメールサーバに残ってしまっていてそのようになります。 プロバイダのメールにWeb画面でアクセスできるのであれば、それでメールサーバ内のメールを全て削除してください。 ここまでの説明を読んで意味がわからない場合は、プロバイダの問い合わせ窓口に連絡して教えてもらってください。ここは質問サイトで、問い合わせ窓口ではありません。

- よく分からないメールが来るんですが・・・
１ヵ月くらい前から２,３日に１回のペースで「Your mailbox on the server is now more than 90% full.So that you can continue to receive mail,you need to remove some messages from your mailbox.」と書かれているメールが送られてきます。送信者側のメールアドレスや題名がありません。迷惑メールではなさそうなんですが何か解決方法はありますか？関係ないかもしれませんが使っているメールソフトは「Mozilla Thunderbird」を使用しています。

メールの本文は以下の通りです。 Warning! Your mailbox quota was exceeded. All messages to your address will be rejected. Please, free space in the mailbox or contact server administrator. 意味はわかりますが、どのように対処すればよいかがわかりません。 ご存じの方がいらしたら、よろしくお願い致します。 （ちなみにメールの送受信は支障なく行えています）

A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced) because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded. と言うメッセージが誰かから送られてくるたびに受け取ります。メッセージが沢山あるから消せというのはわかっていますが、いくらメーラー上のメッセージを削除してもこのメッセージを受け取ってしまいます。 早急に対処法をお願いいたします。
