このエラーメッセージの意味を教えてください。

ＰＣからケータイへ、返信の形でメールを送ったところ、下記のエラーメッセージの返って来ました。 THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE The original message was received at Sun, 30 May 2004 以下略 ----- The following addresses had transient non-fatal errors ----- （送信先のアドレス） ----- Transcript of session follows ----- （送信先のアドレス） >.. Deferred: Connection reset by mfsmax.docomo.ne.jp. Warning: message still undelivered after 1 hour Will keep trying until message is 6 hours old どういう意味でしょうか？

“あなたが再送信する必要はないのですが、送られたメッセージが１時間経った現在でも先方に届いていないことを知らせるメッセージです。更にもう６時間は送ってみます。” ということですね。 ６時間経っても届かなければ、「お手上げメッセージ」が届くかもしれません。“Sorry, we given up!”とか書かれてきます。

ありがとうございます。 昨晩、送信先の２件から 同様のエラーメッセージが届きました。 確認したいのですが、 １．相手のケータイが電源ＯＦＦでもメールって送ることが出来ましたっけ？ ２．このエラーは、状況（サーバー等のも）回復後、メールは送られる場合でしょうか？それとも送った分は、破棄（消えてしまう）されるので、再度送信しないといけないのでしょうか？ 送れたのか、送れなかったのか、これから送られるのかもしれないのか　解かりません。 教えてください m(__)m
