>3文目のsubject toは >subject A to Bなのですか? subjectが受動態になっているので、 「... followed by...

This study suggests the possible use of pectinase isozyme ”in place(適切な)” of chitosanase, which is expensive and unavailable in bulk quantity for the production of LMWC and chitooligomers. Pectinase ”constitutes”(性質) a complex enzymatic system responsible for the degradation of pectic substances. Further, pectinase was ”subjected to modification”(変更を支配する), which also showed chitosan hydrolysing activity. Multiple substrate specificities of a ”number”(出版物の号) of glycanases and glycosidases are known in literature. β-Glycosidases (designated as ”BgIA and BgIB”)(?)from Bacillus sp. ”GLI” have been shown to cleave(結合を切る)~linkagers. The product of BgIB gene was also identified as a ”gellan-degrading”(?) enzyme. Gradually the ”concept”(概念) of ”one enzyme-one”(酵素一つずつ) activity is vanishing and several examples of multifunctional enzymes are being identified.

(1) RP-HPLC of the commercial purified pectinase and electro-eluted isozyme was carried out using a Shimpak C18 reverse phase column (25 cm×4.6 mm i.d.) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml min-1 using a linear gradient of (a) 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and (b) acetonitrile: water (70:30) and detected at 280 nm. (2) The reaction mixture, consisting of 0.9 ml substrate and 0.1 ml (60 g) enzyme solution was incubated at 25 °C for 30 min. Reaction was stopped by adding 1.0 ml DNS reagent and kept in a boiling water bath for 15 min. After cooling, double distilled water (3.0 ml) was added and the absorbance measured at 530 nm. (3) The former was ruled out by adding chitooligomers (0.1 mM), the products of chitosan depolymerization, to the reaction mixture (containing 2.5~7.5 mg ml-1 chitosan), where no detectable effect was found, suggesting the susceptibility of the enzyme to substrate inhibition.

This new popularity of dating was made possible by the prosperity that came to America in the 1920s. Not long bifore, very few young men had been rich enough to pay for meals, drinks, and entertainment, and very few young women could have afforded clothes and make-up. Now there was enough money for all that. Young men and women were spending money in a way that would have been considered a shameful waste only a few decades before.

could I go against everything that others have come to know about me and do something completely out of character and outrageous? Am I, even for a moment, really free to do whatever I like?

The peroxide value (PV) was determined by the ferric thiocyanate method [9]. A 0.1-g oil sample was weighed and 9.7 ml ethanol added. Thus, the oil was dissolved. Next, 0.1 mL NH4SCN and 0.1 mL FeCl2 were added to the above-mentioned solution, and kept at room temperature for 5 min. Absorbance of the sample was measured at 500 nm. The results were expressed in mequiv/kg oil. TBARS (2-thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances) was determined as described by Abuzaytoun et al. [16]. A 0.05–0.20-g oil sample was weighed into 25-mL volumetric flasks, dissolved in a small volume of 1-butanol, and made up to the mark with the same solvent. A 5.0-mL portion of this mixture was transferred into a dry test tube, and then a fresh 2-TBA reagent (5 mL of a solution of 200 mg 2-TBA in 100 mL 1-butanol) was added to it. The contents were mixed and heated in a water bath at 95 C for 2 h. The absorbance of the resultant colored complex was measured at 532 nm. The TBARS values were calculated by multiplying the absorbance reading by a factor of 0.347. This factor was determined from a standard line prepared using 1,1,3,3-tetramethoxypropane as a precursor of malonaldehyde (MA). The results were expressed in mmol MA equiv/g oil. The induction period of the oil samples were determined by the Metrohm Rancimat apparatus model 743 (Metrohm, Switzerland) [17]. Then, 4.0 g of each oil sample was weighed in the reaction vessel glassware. The conductimetry cells were filled with deionized water up to 90 mL. Samples were heated at 110 C and air was passed through the heated oil at a rate of 20 L/h. The induction period was determined automatically by the device and expressed in hours. The infrared spectra of the samples were recorded on a FTIR (Varian 1000 Model) system with a horizontal attenuated total reflectance (ATR) apparatus [18]. The spectrometer was equipped with a deuterated triglycine sulfate detector and purged with dry nitrogen (DuraDry, Haverhill, MA). The ATR crystal was cleaned with pure chloroform before each measurement. A 40-lL oil sample was spread as a thin layer in the ATR crystal and periodical scans (18 scans, 4 cm-1 resolution) were obtained in the spectral range of 400–4,000 cm-1 at 20-min intervals for 360 min. The induction times, i.e. the time needed for a dramatic increase in absorbance, were determined algebraically

Although there are several variations of the method, all are based on the same principles; an external perturbation of some reaction condition such as temperature, pressure, or electric field density is applied to a reaction mixture at equilibrium (or steady state). external perturbation : 外部の動揺? As illustrated schematically in Fig. 3.13, the response following a sudden step change in reaction conditions is a transition to a new, nearly equilibrium or steady state. The theory and practice of relaxation methods has also been developed for oscillatory perturbations in reaction conditions. oscillatory perturbations :振動する動揺?

Ammunition weighing 144,000 long tons (146,000 t) was delivered with 1,000 shells for each 18-pounder, 750 shells per 4.5-inch howitzer, 500 rounds for each medium and heavy piece and another 120,000 gas and 60,000 smoke shells for the 18-pounder field guns. Australian truck near Hill 63 during a bombardment of ANZAC batteries in Messines (AWM E00649). Two thirds of the 18-pounders were to fire a creeping barrage of shrapnel immediately ahead of the advance, while the remainder of the field guns and 4.5-inch howitzers were to fire a standing barrage, 700 yards (640 m) further ahead on German positions and lift to the next target, when the infantry came within 400 yards (370 m) of the barrage. Each division was given four extra batteries of field artillery, which could be withdrawn from the barrage at the divisional commander's discretion to engage local targets. The field batteries of the three reserve divisions were placed in camouflaged positions, close to the British front line. As each objective was taken by the infantry, the creeping barrage was to pause 150–300 yards (140–270 m) ahead and become a standing barrage, while the infantry consolidated. During this time the pace of fire was to slacken to one round per-gun per-minute, allowing the gun-crews a respite, before resuming full intensity as the barrage moved on. The heavy and super-heavy artillery was to fire on German artillery positions and rear areas and 700 machine-guns were to fire a barrage over the heads of the advancing troops. At 03:00 a.m. the mines would be detonated, followed by the attack of nine divisions onto the ridge. The blue line (first objective) was to be occupied by zero + 1:40 hours followed by a two-hour pause. At zero + 3:40 hours the advance to the black line (second objective) would begin and consolidation was to start by zero + 5:00 hours.
