これは求職者が自分の職務経歴を記載する際のポイントとして、 主観的に「自分はこんな仕事をした」と記載するのではなく、 「職務内容には貴方の雇用主（つまり会社側）から、それぞれのポジション・肩書き・職種に対して、正式に公表されている（辞令が出されている）オフィシャルな職務内容を記入するように」 との事。 もろ外資系のスタイルで「客観的に職務内容を把握したい」という意図ですね^^ 感情や希望や思い出や頑張った事etc.ではなく、会社がその人に要求していた公式な職務内容を書く事を要求しているのだと思います。 頑張ってください！

自分で考えてみたんですが、途中までしか解釈できず誰かおしえていただけないでしょうか？ちょっと長い英文で申し訳ありませんが宜しくお願いします。 英文：Each of the defendants infringes these patents by importing, selling or offering to sell in the United States IC devices made by or for it using various Auto ID methods that infringe the method claims of the listed patents. 基本構文はS（Each of the defendants）V（infringes）O（these patents）で修飾語（by importing, selling or offering to sell in the United States IC devices made by or for it using various Auto ID methods that infringe the method claims of the listed patents）の第３文型だと思っているんですが、あっていますか？あとこの修飾語の文法を教えていただけないでしょうか？ 関係代名詞のthat節かなと思っているんですが、そうすると何の２つの文からできているんでしょうか？先行詞はIC devicesですか？１つ目の文は「IC devices infringe the method claims of the listed patents.」でしょうか？すると２つ目の文は何になりますか？そもそも関係代名詞ではないのでしょうか？

(1)If you are sent abroad at an early age ,you will, by coming into contact with foreign peoples and their customs and manners ,obtain a broader view of life which will ... という英文で 挿入,you will,はどのように解釈すれば良いでしょうか？ (2)It gives you the sense of solitude in the midst of a crowd ,which is one of the ... 非制限用法らしいwhichの先行詞はthe sense以下で正しいでしょうか？ また (3)... a succession of small events , each of which ... ではeach of whichが非制限用法になりえるでしょうか？ (4)The school is a wonderful place in which to receive training in citizenship. という英文では in which が関係詞だと思ったのですが、to receive training ... では主語述語関係が分からなくin which to らへんの解釈がわかりません。 以上の四つの英文が分かりません。 非常に長くなってしまいましたのでひとつづつでも良いので回答をお願いします。

ありがとうございます！辞令にはさらっと数行しか記載されていないのですが、それでいいのでしょうかね…。しかもその職務以外の業務が随分増えていて、公式のものだけだとすごく業務が少なく見えてしまうかも…と心配です。
