突発的に青い画面後落ちてしまう。　

今まで月に１回あるか無いかの頻度だったのですが、昨日になって1時間に３回も落ちてしまいました。症状としては、特に条件は無く、作業中に突然青い画面と黒い画面がパッパッと写りその後すぐ再起動がかかります。他にも、青い画面にすらならず、作業中の画面のまま固まってしまい、カーソルも動かせずctr+art+deleteも全く反応しないという事があります。 青い画面の全文 A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Technical information: ***STOP: 0x00000024(0x001902FE,0xB851558C,0xB8515288,0xF7BF7301) *** pciide.sys - address F7BF7301 base at F7BF7000,datestamp 00000000 英文を見る限りそこまで深刻な症状では無い・・？ 寧ろ深刻な問題は・・、リカバリーディスクやサポート関連の書類をごっそり無くしてしまった事ですorz　BTOパソコンで直接通販にて購入したのですが、リカバリーディスクを使っての対処は難しいかもしれません。 何か対処法ご存知の方、お教え頂けると助かります。 ※関係あるか分かりませんが、CPUやマザーボードの温度が正常値なのに対し、GPUだけが今も常に６０～６１になっています。

起動させて、マイコンピュータ左クイックから 該当システム領域を右クイックして、プロパティのツールで エラーチェックで修復をしてください。 ハードディスク内のシステムのエラーです。 この操作で直ります！！

roukinさん回答ありがとうございます。 早速コマンドプロンプトなるものでsfcをやってみましたｂ エラーチェックも合わさって対処はＯＫ　だと信じたいです・・（苦笑 残りの問題は熱暴走なんだとか・・

ハードディスクのシステム領域エラーです。 ほかのパソコンにハードディスクを繋いで、 プロンプト画面から、エラーのあるハードディスク領域を指定して、 chkdsk /f で修復してください！！

tochanbooさん、回答ありがとうございます！ 一つ↑の対処法を試してみたところ、「重大な問題から回復しました」と出てきたのでしばらく様子見しようと思います！ ほかのパソコンにハードディスクをつないで・・・ っとなるともう一つデスクトップが必要になるんですよね。 折角教えて頂いたのに申し訳ないのですが家には一台しか＞＜ でもおかげで回復はしたようなので、色々と検査もしつつ、根本的な解決が出来るようになるまで細々と使っていこうかと思います。 対処法お教え頂きありがとうございました！

zorroさん、回答ありがとうございます！ 参考資料も見させていただきました。 まだハードディスクの検査やメモリーテストは試していませんが、これからやってみようかと思います。　そろそろハードディスクも物理的に寿命が近づいて来ていると考えた方が良いみたいですね・・。 だからといって交換したりする余裕は無いので・・ もうしばらく頑張って貰う事になりますが＞＜ まずは検査をしてみて出来る事があればやってみようと思います ありがとうございました。
