manhuntのエラー

海外ＰＣ用ゲームmanhuntをインストールしてる途中（disc2）でError 1305ErrorreadingfromfileD:\\ProgramFiles\\RockstarGames\\Manhunt\\audio\\Pc\\SFX\\sfx.RAW.Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. と表示されてRetryとCancelがあってRetryを何回もおしてもまた同じエラーがでるんです。。。どうすればいいですか？いろいろと調べたんですがいい情報がなくて。 どうかよろしくお願いします。

直訳すると、 ～～～ってファイルを読む際にエラーが起きました。ちゃんとそのファイルが存在してアクセスできることを確認してください。 ってなってますね。ディスクに傷がついてるとかドライブのレンズが汚れてるとかプロテクトが誤爆してるとか、そういったあたりが原因として考えられます。 対応法としては、低コストな側から ・(レンズの汚れ対応)レンズクリーニングをしてみる。クリーナは100円～1000円、直る可能性はあまりないかも。 ・(ディスクの傷対応？)表面にくっきりはっきり傷がついているようなら購入店なりメーカーなりに相談。有償でディスク交換サービスをやっているメーカーも。(ただまあ、ロックスター・ゲームズ日本法人で対応ができるのかどうかはよくわかりません。無理なら英語で直接交渉モードが必要になるでしょう) ・(プロテクト誤爆対応？)別のドライブで試してみる。なければ外付け。わりと何とかなることが多い印象ですけど、どうにもならないときはどうにもならない。 くらいでしょうか。

返事遅れてすみませんでした。 回答ありがとうございます。 ディスクに傷はないみたいなんですよ。いちおヘッドクリーナーならかけてみました、でもだめだったんですよ。 じゃあドライブを変えてやってみます。 直接交渉はいくら位かかりそうですか？
