アウトッルクでエラーメッセージが出る

アウトルックを起動するろ受信の途中でエラーメッセージが出て止まってしまって困っています。どうやったら解決できるか教えてください。 Ｒｕｎｔｉｍｅ　Ereror！　 program c￥program File￥Outlook Express￥Express￥ msimn exe This application has requeted the Runtime to termirate it inan unsual way .plase contact the application supoot team for more infometion

メッセージは忘れましたが、ウィルス対策ソフトを一旦停止し、受信をすると完了した経験があります。 完了後、得体の知れないメールの破棄と、対策ソフトの再駆動をお忘れなく。
