パソコンがおかしくなっちゃいました

毎日起こる現象なんですがパソコンを起動し普通に使っているといきなり画面が消え勝手に再起動を始めてしまいます。 エラー時に勝手に再起動しないように設定しているのでそれが原因ではないはずなんですが.... たまにブルーバック画面で以下のような文章が表示されます。 どうやったら直るのでしょうか？ A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to you computer. ・インストールしたアプリケーションソフトの影響 ・レジストリが書き換えられてしまった ・ディスク装置などの故障 ・キャッシュなど自動的に蓄積される情報の影響 　２番の方と重複があるかもしれません。チェックをしてください。

抜粋ですが、下記のようなことはありませんか？ パソコンを操作しているときに、いきなり画面が真っ青になることが、たまにあります。 背景が青色で、エラーメッセージを表示している画面を「ブルースクリーン」と呼びます。これはシステムの中枢である「カーネル」部分やCPUが検出した障害の内容や対処法を、システムを停止させてVGAモードの画面に直接表示したものです。 ブルースクリーンが表示されたら、パソコンを再起動しなくてはまず復旧できません。リセットボタンを押すなどして対処してください。このとき保存されていなかったデータは失われます。 WindowsXPでブルースクリーンが出るのは、接続されているハードウェアの故障か、デバイスドライバによるエラーが多いといわれています。 ブルースクリーンが頻繁に出るようなら、接続しているハードウェアの中に故障しているものがないかチェックしてください。故障があると、それを制御しているデバイスドライバがエラーを起こしてしまいます。 デバイスドライバを新しいバージョンにしたことによって、ブルースクリーンが多発するようならば、以前のバージョンに戻すことになります。

よくわかりませんが、マイクロソフトに修正パッチはありませんか？ 最近、ＷｉｎＦａｑやその他でも似たような質問は多くなりました。

エラー時に再起動しないような設定にしてても、 ブルースクリーンでメモリダンプもできない状態で落ちた場合にはフリーズしたり再起動したりします、 原因はドライバやアプリのバグや不具合などもありますし、 メモリーやビデオカードなどのハードウェア的なモノとか、 電源のヘタリや熱暴走など各種、 ブルーバックでメモリダンプもできてる場合があるのでWindbgでファイルを調べてみると何かヒントが判るかも。 http://www.nextftp.com/to-i/analyze.htm
