青い画面が・・・助けてください！

DVD観賞していたら、PCがフリーズ気味になり、そして青い画面になりました。なので仕方なく電源を切りました。それ以降は、PCを起動するといきなり「セーフモード」「前回正常起動時の構成」「Windowsを通常起動する」などがある画面が表示されます。これら３つを試した所、どれを選んでも青い画面になります。青い画面には A problem has detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. Technical information: STOP: 0x000000ED (0x82F60840,0xc000009C,0x00000000,0x00000000) という文章が出ます。試しに増設したメモリを外してみましたが、効果はありませんでした。 これはリカバリするしか方法はないのでしょうか？それと起動しない以上、HD内のデータはバックアップできないのでしょうか？お願いします。本当に困ってます…。 ちなみに型は「東芝dynabook EX1/524CDETV」です。

（１）UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUMEが出ていれば、まず相当の高い確率で、ハードディスク（以後ＨＤＤと言います）の不良で、修理交換となります。 （２）そして問題は２つに分かれます。１つは壊れたＨＤＤからのデータ救済です。 これには、ポピュラーな方法は２つあります。 １つ目は、雑誌などにたまに掲載されている方法ですが、ＫＮＯＰＰＩＸなどと言うＯＳを使って、ＣＤ－ＲからＯＳを起動してしまい、ＨＤＤから読める所だけを読み出す方法ですが、これからＣＤ－Ｒを作るのは大変荷が重いかと思われます。 ２つ目の方法は易しいです。ＵＳＢ接続の外付けＨＤＤ装置（但し２．５インチ用、２０００円以下で買えます）を入手します。その中にＥＸ１５２４からはずしたＨＤＤをセットして、他の動作するＰＣに接続しデータの読める部分だけを読み出し、ＵＳＢフラッシュメモリ等媒体に書き出します。　このとき、外付けＨＤＤは、Ｄ：やＥ：として見えます。但しその下に欲しいデータがどのようなフォルダやファイルの構造をしているかは知ってなければなりません。 ただしUNMOUNTABLE_を起こしたＨＤＤは不良の度合いも様々であり、データが全く見えないことも多いです。また欲しいデータのうち、あるファイルは正常に読めて、あるファイルは読みとりエラーを起こすことも頻繁です。欲しいデータのいくつかが読めればラッキーでしょう。 　それから、１つ注意事項があります。もし貴方が元のＰＣにログオン時のパスワードを設定していたならば、別ＰＣに接続して読むのはかなり面倒です。面倒な操作をしてパスワードを無効にするようなことをしないといけません。 なおＥＸ１５２４からのＨＤＤ取り外しは容易です。 以上の方法でデータが読めないがどうしてもデータが欲しいとなれば、専門業者がありますが、データサイズにもよりますが、多分２０万円以上等となるでしょう。 （３）次に壊れた、ＨＤＤをどうするかとなりますが、メーカーに出して修理交換となります。ここで上記（１）に書きましたが、万一ＨＤＤ不良でなければ、別作業になるでしょうが、その可能性は低いです。 修理交換すれば、無論データは失われます。交換後リカバリして貰うことも出来ます。 リカバリＤＶＤを持っていれば、自分でリカバリだけする事も出来ます。その場合修理代が若干安くなります。

うーん・・・HDDに不良セクタでも発生したのかなあ・・・。 とりあえず、chkdskかけると復旧する「事もある」ようです。 マイクロソフトのオンラインサポートにも項目がありましたので、 参考URLとして貼っておきます。
