Illustratorの起動について
OSはwindowsXPを使用しております。 IllustratorCS2が起動しません。 起動しようとすると、 「Runtime Error! Program:...rator CS2\Support Files\Contents\Windows\」Illusrator.exe This application has re.............」 と表示されます。 アンインストール・再インストール・クリーンブートは 試してみましたが、どれもいまくいきませんでした。 どなたかお分かりの方がいらっしゃいましたら、 教えて頂けますでしょうか。

C:\Documents and Settings\ユーザー名\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS2 Settings\AIPrefs なる環境ファイルを削除してIllustrator CS2を再起動してみたら？

Illusrator.exeは起動するとネット接続しますので お使いのPCのファイアウォールソフトが 恐らく邪魔しているんじゃないですか？ 事例はNorton Internet Securityのケースですが http://support.adobe.co.jp/faq/faq/qadoc.sv?228954+002 他のセキュリティソフトでも起こりうる事だと思われます。

Please contact the application's support team for more information. というウィンドウが開いて、[ＯＫ]を押すとプログラムが終了します。 私は、これからどうすればいいのでしょうか？もしかしたら、Windows を再インストールするしか方法は無いのでしょうか？

- 「ページを表示できません。」 と runtime error
お世話になります。 リカバリ後より、時々、「ページを表示できません。」がでます。 リカバリ前は、でませんでした。 PCをつけたままにしていたら、下のような表示がでてまいりました。 --------------------------- Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library --------------------------- Runtime Error! honnne001様 早速のご回答ありがとうございます。 イラストレーターを立ち上げることに成功致しました。 手順としては、教えて頂いた方法と、 自分で色々検索した方法を組み合わせ、 下記のようにする事で立ち上がりました。 -------------------------------------------------------- *まず、立ち上がっている全てのアプリケーションを終了させる (skype・IE・ウィルス対策ソフトなど…。) *「隠しファイル」が見えなくなっている場合は、設定を見えるように変更する。 (1)C:\Documents and Settings\ユーザー名前\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS2 Settings (2)「Illustrator CS2 Settings」フォルダを削除 (3)「10．lst」を検索 (4)検索結果に出てきた「10．lst」を削除 (5)ゴミ箱を空にする (6)Illustrator CS2を立ち上げる -------------------------------------------------------- どうもありがとうございました。
