Illustrator Runtime Error!
windows xpを使用しているのですが、windows updateで プログラムの更新をした翌日にllustratorCS2を起動しようとした際、 下記のエラーメッセージが表示されてしまいました。 Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: ...rator CS2\Support Files\Contents\Windows\Illustrator.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. アンインストールし、再インストールを試みましたがダメでした。 また、不足しているランタイムもインストールしてみましたが全て最新の情報が揃っていますと表示されます。 他のphotoshopなどは通常に起動します。 updateと何か関係があるのでしょうか？ 原因と対処法を教えて頂ければと思います。

AIPrefsのファイルが指定の場所にもなく検索しても見つからなかった為、再度アンインストール＆インストールを試みました。 その際にインストールの環境ソフトの設定を削除するに設定しましたらIllustratorが起動致しました。 ネット状でしか感謝の意を伝えられませんが、本当にありがとうございました！
