IPアドレスから組織やプロバイダーを調べる

IPアドレス（ホスト名を引けない）から，それが所属してる組織やプロバイダー等を調べるには，どういう手法が定番なのでしょうか？ tracerouteで簡単に分かることもありますが，分からない場合（下記のような場合）について教えてください。お手数ですが，よろしくお願いします。 4 1 ms 1 ms 1 ms hogehoge (自分のgateway) 5 * * * Request timed out. 6 * * * Request timed out. 中略 29 * * * Request timed out. 30 * * * Request timed out.

  • tracert コマンドが必ずtime out
