エラーがでます（英文）教えてください

メールの受信が途中で終わります。そしてエラーメッセージがでます。 内容は MicrosoftVisual C++ Runtime Library X Runtime Error! Program:C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\Symantec Shared\ccApp This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way . Please contact the application's support team for more information. とでます。どのように対処したらよいのでしょうか。

ccApp.exe が応答しません、で検索。 バージョンがわかりませんが、下記を試しては？ （1）LiveUpdate を実行。 （2）一時ファイルを削除するツールを実行。 （3）再起動。 ttp://service1.symantec.com/support/INTER/navjapanesekb.nsf/jp_docid/20030815092703958?OpenDocument&seg=hm&lg=ja&ct=jp ＞MicrosoftVisual C++ Runtime Library X Runtime Error! ソフトをインストールするときアドミ権限でログインしてインストールしましたか？ （1）OS のコンポーネントの一部が破損しているか、不安定になっていることが原因で発生する可能性がある。 （2）ログインユーザーに問題がある可能性。 新規にログインユーザーを作成し、作成したログインユーザーでログインして実行。

意訳。 『C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\Symantec Shared\ccApp.exeは正常に終了できませんでした。 ソフトウェアのサポートに連絡してください。』 #何故正常に終了できないのかは全く解明できない(^^;; 過去の事例 http://virus.okwave.jp/kotaeru.php3?q=2552184 http://oshiete.nikkeibp.co.jp/qa2607423.html 再インストールか・・・なんだかなあ・・・
