- What's eating (at) you?
が、一方で、” what's eating at you.” Fine: Once you realize your blood pressure is rising, you've get a problem. However, you've got to check out your own behavior before you blame other people for what's eating at you.
A:"Don't you have a watch?"「時計もって無いの?」 B:"No, I've got to buy one"「うん、買わなくちゃね」 Bのほうの訳がどうしてこうなるのかわかりません。

Hi. how are things? -Fine, thanks. I've just had a great holiday. Where did you go? -To the U.S. We went on a trip from San Francisco to Denver. How _________________________? By car? - Yes, we hired a car in San Francisco. It's a long way to drive. How long did it take to get to Denver? Two weeks. Where _______________________? In hotels? -Yes, small hotels or motels. ..... まず1つめの空欄ですが、解答は How did you go? そして2つめですが、解答は Where did you stay? や Where ~stay at? 他に例えば、where did they go? と where did they go to?
