ウィルスが削除できません。

初めての質問です、よろしくお願いします。 ウィルス名がTROJ_STARTPAG.Lで処理できませんと表示します。昨日からインターネットエクスプローラを立ち上げるとホームページが青い画面に英文が書かれた画面がたちあがります。(設定を何度変更してもダメでした)下記が表示される文章です。 Detected SPYware! ルール違反の件から、ウイルス対応の件まで アドバイスありがとうございました。 一応みなさんに教えていただいたことをやり ウイルスやレジストリの削除を終えました。 ありがとうございました。

tororu5さんとmav10106さんは同一人物ですか? 掲載時間もほとんど同じですが まったく同じ内容でコピー質問をしたのですか? ルール違反ならば、質問が削除される、 可能性があります。

TROJ_STARTPAG.Lについて 2004.07.26の報告連絡です。 http://tr.trendmicro-europe.com/smb/support/pattern.php ウィルス対応は早くて三日ぐらい、平均一週間ぐらい 後に対応情報がでるかな、日本語データベースに 掲載されるのが、その後です。 現在28日では対応策は見当たりません。 しばらく待つか、再セットUPインストールとするか サポートセンターに問い合わせする でも返事がくるのは、かなり後になるでしょう 参考URLです。 http://inet.trendmicro.co.jp/esolution/supform.asp

リカバリしたときに同時にWindowsUpdateも実施済みでしょうか？ というのは検出されている以外のウィルスに感染する事がありますのでご注意願います。 それで該当のウィルスですが、書き込みをしている「ウィルスバスター2002」では対応出来ないと思います。 また、ウィルスバスター2004や他のメーカーのウィルス駆除ツールの新しいウィルスの情報が更新されているプログラムでないと、駆除は無理です。 早急に、「ウィルスバスター2004」等への移行を奨めます。 まずは、トレンドマイクロ社のHPから「ウィルスバスター2004評価版」を入れて、それで検出されたファイルをすべて削除するしかないでしょう。 トレンドマイクロ社 http://www.trendmicro.com/jp/home/personal.htm 型名は違いますが、処理の方法が同じだと思いますので次の情報を参考にしてください。 TROJ_STARTPAG.GY http://www.trendmicro.co.jp/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=TROJ_STARTPAG.GY TROJ_STARTPAG.MM http://www.trendmicro.co.jp/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=TROJ_STARTPAG.MM それで、駆除出来ないのであれば、トレンドマイクロへ問い合わせた方がよいでしょう。

リカバリー後アップデートもウイルスバスターもまだ 入れてませんでした。 アドバイスとおり、２００４へアップグレードして対応しました。ありがとうございました。
