ログファイルの確認方法

とある海外製のソフトウェアが作動しなくなったので問い合わせたらログファイルを送って欲しいと返信がきたのですが、これは何処を見ればいいですか？ANBとはソフトウェアの名称です。 返信原文→Please send us your log files (located inside ANB folder) and the item link you're using .

(located inside ANB folder)なので、ANBがインストールされているフォルダ内にあると言うことです。それとログだけではなく、使っているアイテムリンクも欲しいと言っていますが、アイテムリンクとは何の事だか解りません。ANBとやらがどういうものなのか不明なので。
