ＰＣが立ち上がりません（ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ８）

教えてください。 ＦＵＪＩＴＳＵのＦＭＶ（ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ８） を使っていますが、電源を入れても、 Microsoft Visual エラー Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program:c:￥... This Application has requested the Runtime t o terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's team for mo r information. というメッセージが出て、Ｅｎｔｅｒを押してもお待ちくださいの繰り返しで、パスワードの入力画面にいきません。 再起動してもＦＵＪＩＴＳＵのロゴのあと、上記のメッセージが出てパスワード打つ画面が出てきません。 どうすればいいでしょうか？ 困っています。 アドバイスよろしくお願いします。

この画面まで行けないのですよね？ https://www.fmworld.net/cs/azbyclub/qanavi/jsp/qacontents.jsp?rid=3&PID=5209-8061 行けるのなら、トラブルシューティングしてください。 Win8なら、保証期間のはずです。 メーカーに連絡して対処法を教えてもらってください。 それでもダメなら、修理になるでしょう。 保証があることだけが、メーカー製PCの唯一の利点です。 積極的に活用してください。

回答くださった皆さま、ありがとうございます。 富士通のサポートセンターに確認したら、リカバリーしか方法がないとの回答でしたので、 リカバリーで対応しようと思います。 （最初から入っていたアプリのいくつかをアンインストールしたことが原因のようです） 回答くださった皆さま、ありがとうございました。

1. 電源ボタンを押したらにF11キーをトントントンと数回押し、言語選択画面を表示させて日本語を選択 次にキーボード選択になるのでこれも日本語キーボードを選択します。 2. 次のオプション選択画面ではトラブルシューティングを選択、詳細オプション→システムの復元を選択して進みます。 3. 症状が出る前の復元ポイントを確認してシステムの復元を実行します。

http://www.pc-master.jp/trouble/kidou.html ４の可能性が高そうですが、、、、 富士通は、（僕も同じですので、、、）今日は、朝の１０時からです。 一度、聞いた方が良いともいます。 ただ、ウィンドウズが起動できないと思われる感じですので、リカバリーしないといけないかも、、、 ０１２０－３７－２７９４
