海外オークション落札品が届かない
eBayで3種類の本を同時に落札して、うち2冊は既に届いていますが、 1冊がまだ到着していません。昨日、その旨を出品者に伝えたところ、出品者側から下記の回答があり、2/19に発送したという返事でした。 We are sorry to hear your book has not arrived yet. We shipped your book on the 19th. Please check with your local sorting office as books often do not fit through standard size mail slots. Unfortunately, the post man does not always leave a collection card. Please contact us again if it is not at the sorting office and we will work with you on this matter until it is resolved. その他ちょっと訳がわからないのですが、 具体的にどうすればいいと書いてあるのでしょうか？ また、出品者側に返金等請求できるものでしょうか？ なお、2冊とも別々の国際普通郵便で届いています。 不着の1冊も普通郵便なので、不在通知伝票はないと思います。

アメリカのネットショップで小物を購入予定です。発送の件でメールが来たんですがすみませんが意味を教えてくれませんか？お願いします。 If you want to book them on your side and send us the details that's absolutely fine. We are unable to book AAA運送 on your behalf as we do not want to have a similar issue this time again. As mentioned they use a number of other companies like it happened last time (BBB運送 was cheapest that's why they used it). I did advise you already that we are not working with them anymore. Let me know please if you want to book it yourself or if you want to book a different courier. .

eBayオークションで買物をし、ペイパルで支払いをし、出品者にトラックナンバーを教えて欲しいとメールしたところ次のようなメールがPaypalから送られてきました。 Your package will be shipped by PayPal Shipping with U.S. Postal Service! 出品者 used PayPal Shipping with U.S. Postal Service to create a shipping label for your package. Once the package is given to the Post Office(tm), it will be on its way to you! 商品が発送されたのだと思っていたのですが、すぐあとにこのようなメールが再度Paypalから届いていました。 出品者 has cancelled the shipping label for the reason below: Label Did Not Print Your package will no longer be shipped using PayPal Shipping with U.S. Postal Service. 発送をキャンセルしたという内容のようですが、 理由であるLabel Did Not Printの意味がわかりません。また発送がどうなっているのか出品者に問い合わせしたいのですが、なんと書けばよいでしょうか。 文例集とつたない英語で取引しているもので不測の事態にどうして良いかわかりません。 アドバイスをお待ちしております。 よろしくお願いいたします。

海外サイトで買い物をしたんですが、 「商品はいつ届きますか？」とメールしたら、 返事があったんですが、分からない単語が多く、 調べてもイマイチ意味が分からない文章に なってしまい、困っています。 商品を注文して二週間～三週間なんですが、 届くのか心配です。メールの内容は Thank you for your recent order with Everlast Boxing! An email or phone confirmation will be required to complete your online transaction. Your order is currently in a pending (hold) status, where it will remain for up to 30 days. After that period, if we have not received a valid confirmation-it will be cancelled. Please understand that this measure is done to protect the security of cardholder. です。宜しくお願いしますm(_ _)m

初めての質問です。皆様宜しくお願い致します。 オークションの質問ですが、 私が出品者なのですが、 落札者に「住所などを教えてください」と連絡しました。 すると返事が英語で 「Good morning.please let me know. Your Account NO? so that, we can transfer money to you. Thanks nasir」 と返ってきました。 私は意味がわからず・・・ 「日本語でお願いできますか？」ともう一度連絡しました。 すると再度英語で 「thanks for your e mail. it would be great, if you could write for me in english. have a nice day 」 と返ってきました。 ・意味を教えて下さい ・いたずらか？本気で取引しようとしているのか？ ・また今後の対応どうすればいいでしょうか？ 宜しくお願い致します。
