- L/Cで要求されるCERTの内容に従って書類を発送するのですが、どこに何を発送すればいいのか、解釈に困っています。
- BENEFICIARY'S CERTIFICATE CERTIFYING THAT 2/3 ORIGINAL CLEAN ON BOARD BL WILL SEND BY OCS AND 1/3 ORIGINAL CLEAN ON BOARD BL WILL SEND BY FEDEX OR DHL CONSIGNED TO ORDER OF THE ISSUING BANK, MARKED 'FREIGHT COLLECT' NOTIFY APPLICANT WITH FULL ADD. AND TEL.XXXXXXXX FULL SET OF NON-NEGOTIABLE SHIPPING DOCUMENTS, TWO OIGINAL DECLARATION OF NO WOOD PACKING MATERIALS AND ONE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN HAS BEEN SEND DIRECTLY TO APPLICANT AND E-MAIL TO XXXXX AT ONCE AFTER SHIPMENT EFFECTED.
- もしAPPLICANTに全てのORIGINAL B/Lを発送するなら、L/Cの意味あるんでしょうか？

途上国からのＬ／Ｃですね。 よく分かりません。 ひょっとすると、買取銀行に対する指示ということはないですか。（beneficiaryつまり輸出者に対する指示は別にあるということはないですか？） いずれにしても慎重に扱わないといけないですね。B/L原本2/3は買取に添付、1/3は直送というのはよくいますが、全部直送としたらおっしゃるようにL/Cの担保機能がなくなりますもんね。 買取予定銀行と事前に相談して、riskをできるだけ負わないよう事前によく相談すべきでしょうね。amendment要求の必要もあるかも。

こんばんは。この度9月よりイギリスの大学院へ留学することになった者です。 現在conditional offerをいただいておりますが、unconditional offerをいただくためには証明書類の原本の提出が必要とあります。 成績証明書や卒業証明書は再発行がすぐに可能なので原本を送ることに抵抗はないのですが、 資格証明書（弁護士や医師、看護師免許など）など、すぐに再発行が効かないようなとても重要な書類は皆さんどのように大学院へ提出されたのでしょうか。やはり原本を提出されましたか。 ちなみに、大学院のホームページの提出書類に関するFAQに対しては次のように記載されており、 日本語、英語の原本の提出が必要かと存じますが、イギリスのRegistryは結構ミスが多く重要書類であっても紛失がよく起こると聞いています。 できればコピーを公証人に認証してもらって、photocopyを送りたいのですが…。 Do I need to send original documents? 今回、ワイヤーロープというパーツの注文を受け、この商品とともにcertificateがつくのですが、後で郵送で送ってもらうことになっていました。商品は客先に納入済みです。 客先から、今回と同じワイヤーロープの注文を昨年の１１月にもらっていて同じくcertificateつきでした。 客先から、前回のcertificateには“non-rotating wire rope”という文言がないので、今回のにもその文言がないのか、ない場合はいれてほしいと言われました。それと、前回のcertificateもそのようにして再発行してほしいと言われました。 下記の文章で伝わるでしょうか？ Thank you for dispaching the wire rope for JOBNo.***. We received the shipment on **/**/**. Regarding the certificate will be sent separetly by air-mail, our customer request the certificate proving the wire rope is NON-ROTATING WIRE ROPE. ご回答ありがとうございます。 DOCUMENT REQUIREDの欄に、COPY OF B/L, INVOICE, P/L に続いて上記が記載されていました。 でもおっしゃるようにORIGINAL B/L の発送については買取銀行への指示で、 FULL SET OF NON-NEGOTIABLE・・・以下がAPPLICANTへの発送書類についての指示、 のような気もしますね。。。 やはり不明瞭ですので相談します。 ありがとうございました。
