> 仕事で使う資料があるため修理に出した時にメーカーの担当者に > ファイルを開かれたくないのですが・・・ メーカーの修理担当者が、イチイチ修理品のデータを開いて見る暇もないと思いますが・・・。 CD_BOOTに設定して、起動はCD-ROMから起動できたのでしょうか？ （CD_BOOTしているのであれば、CDドライブがシャカシャカ音を出しながら起動すると思います。） パソコンがなんなのか判りませんが、FDドライブがあればMS-DOSのFDで起動して、HDDをフォーマットでもしてから修理に出しては如何でしょうか？ さすがに、「ファイル復活ソフト」まで使ってファイルを開かないでしょうし。(笑)

こんばんは、仕事に使うPCが壊れて困っています。 あるとき再起動したら、DOSのような黒い画面に「hal.dllが壊れているので再インストールしてください」というような文面の文字が出てきました。セーフモードでも立ち上がらないため、起動ディスク6枚をサブ機で作り、DOSで立ち上げてからそのファイルをcabから取り出してコピーしました。 それで再起動したところ、一度はセーフモードが復活したのですが、修復モードというのを試みたところ(カレンダーが出てきて任意の日付にシステムを戻すというやつ。壊れる前の日付に指定しました)、今度は下記の青い画面が出てきてしまいました。 ------------------------------------------- A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. vaioでXPのパソコンを起動すると、ロゴマークまでは出るのですが、その後、青い画面に一瞬文字が出て、ぷつっと切れて、また最初から起動します。放っておくとそのままずっと起動しては切れて起動しては切れてを繰りかえします。 データのバックアップしていないのが多少あるのでなんとかしたいのですが、PCは死亡したとしてもせめてデータだけでも取り出すことは可能でしょうか。 ご経験のある方おりましたら教えて下さい。 ちなみにロゴが出る前には、セーフモードで起動、前回終了した最新の状態の起動など選ぶ画面が出てきます。 以下、青い画面の表示です。よろしくお願いいたします。 a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. ありがとうございます。 Windows-setupという説明書に記載されているインストールCD を読み込んでいる時の画面が表示されます。 その文字が表示された後に記載した英語の文面のエラーに なります。 FDドライブは付属ではありませんが、USBの外付けの ものがあります。 これが、あればFDから起動できるということでしょうか？ お手数ですが、ご返答をお願いします。
