- 英語でのメールについて初めまして。私は、某専門商社にてマーケィングを担当しているものです。仕事柄海外とやり取りはするのですが、今回初めてUSの得意先とメールをすることになりました。今回は緊急の連絡をしたいのですが、英語でのメールの経験がほとんどない為、お力を貸していただければと思います。
- お手数ですが下記の添削をお願い致します。(1)返信遅れて申し訳ござません。(2)本プロジェクトは、まだ進行中です。(3)現在、客先と価格交渉をしているのですが、担当者様が海外出張をして確認が遅れております。(4)ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ございませんが、来週中には再度、レポートを提出致します。以上です、どうか宜しくお願い致します。

(4)ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ござませんが、 来週中には再度、レポートを提出致します。 →It troubles you and I will put in a report again by the end of apology and next week. 以上です、どうか宜しくお願い致します。

私だったら・・・ 1) I'm sorry for my late reply. 2) This procest is still in progress. 3) I keep negotiating with the client, however, the person in charge is on his business trip now. Therefore we can not get his confirmation yet. 4) Please excuse me, but I appreciate if you wait my report by next week.

テーマは「日本でオリンピックを開催すべきか否か」です。 I think we should invite Olympics to somewhere in Japan. I think it would benefit Japan in some respects. First, holding Olympics is very profitable. Indeed, it would cost us much money, but profit would be larger than it. It is because many foreign people come to japan and spend much money. Moreover if Olympics were been held in Japan, Japanese people could directly see it more easily. When it is held in other countries, most Japanese people can't go, and even if they were able to go,it would cost them too much money.
