こんにちは。 イギリスのケイト・ブッシュさんがヤフオクで見たあなたの出品物に興味があり、US$500でご購入されたいと。 商品がすぐに欲しく、落札代金と送料はペイパルを通して支払いたいので、合計額とあなたのフルネーム、ペイパルに登録されているメールアドレスをすぐに教えて欲しい。 あなたからの回答をお待ちしております・・・。 といった感じの文面です。 まずはペイパルをご存知ですか？ 通常取引と同じように考えればいいだけの話なのですが、US$500の品となると、イギリスで通関の際に関税がかかってくると思いますので、（先方にとっての）輸入税は先方持であることも言っておいた方がいいかもしれませんね。後で文句を言われないためにも。 厄介な取引だと思うのであれば日本国内のみの対応となっております"Dear, Kate. Thank you for the question, but I am doing business with Japanese resident only."とでも、返信されればいいと思います。

文面からナイジェリア詐欺ではないと思います。 貴方の口座に振り込むと行っているので、連絡して入金を確認されてから判断しては？ ちなみにナイジェリア詐欺の場合は、こういうような内容です。

海外発送を許可されているのでしょうか？ させていないのであれば、 『日本語でお取引が出来、先に現金書留で送金頂けましたらお受け致します。』 と返信されたら如何でしょうか? この段階で、相手は判断出来ると思います。 EMSというのは 郵便局で取り扱いのある、追跡可能な国際航空便です。 多少の知識は必要になりますが、ゆうちょのHPでみれば 初心者でも出来ると思います。
