チケットを買ったのですが受け取り方がわかりません

思わずツッコミたくなりました（笑）。 それはさておき、チケットの受け取り方法が実は「郵送」と「現地引取り」の２通りあって選べる、という風になっていたりしませんでしたでしょうか？ で、「郵送の場合」と「現地引取りの場合」のそれぞれの注意書きがある、と。 ちなみに、予約確認メールは、たとえ郵送の場合でも一応印刷しておいた方が無難です。 何かの拍子にデータが消えてしまうと、あとで問い合わせが必要なときに困りますからね。

先日、ファンクラブ先行予約でチケットを予約購入しました。ファンクラブもチケット会社も海外だったので、なんとか必要事項を記入して、カード決済でそのお金は先日引き落とされたのですが、チケットの受け取り方がいまいちよくわからなくて不安なんです。 チケット会社は『ticketweb』という所です。 下記は注文が完了した時に来たメールにあった文章です。 Metallica Club Message: All seating is in fact reserved, and you will receive your assigned seats at the venue. This is a security measure to cross check the details placed on your booking made through our web site to verify the details, such as the name on the credit card as well as the name on the passport of the card holder. In case you have no access to a fax you can scan the documents and send it to me via e-mail. アメリカで開催されるコンサートのチケットを購入しようと思い、 チケットマスターのサイト (http://www.ticketmaster.com/) からチケットを購入しようとしたのですが、最後の購入画面でクレジットカードの情報を登録してSubmitしたところ、以下のエラーが表示されました。 ----------------- There are problems with your submission. Your credit card was not accepted. Please try again or use another credit card. ----------------- 海外に行くときにいつも使用しているカード （VISA、AMERICAN EXPRESS)で挑戦してみたのですがダメでした。 住所や電話番号などの情報もなんどか登録しなおしてみたのですが…。 解決方法について、アドバイスをいただけないでしょうか。 どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

I have received your re-confirmation. Unfortunately you didn’t fill control code of your credit card again. It is very important detail of credit card. Please send it again with this number. 上記のように予約しようとしたホテルからメールが来たのですが、control code の意味がわかりません。 1度クレジットカードの番号を書いて送ったのですが、それでもだめで…まさか暗証番号のことでしょうか？？ だとしたら書くのちょっと怖いですね。辞書で調べたり、ネットで検索してもよくわかりませんでした。ご存知の方教えて下さい。お願いします。

ツッコミのようでツッコミでない回答ありがとうございます（笑） ＞チケットの受け取り方法が実は「郵送」と「現地引取り」の２通りあって選べる、という風になっていたりしませんでしたでしょうか？ なっていました！ というか、なっていたような気がします！！ それで本能と野生のカンで、「郵送」を選んだつもりだったのです。（←辞書でちゃんと調べればよかったのに！） それで、送ってもらえると喜んでいたのですが…どうも送ってもらえないような気がしまして…。 もうその選択のページは見れないので確認できません。全ページスクリーンショットしておけばよかった（涙） ＞予約確認メールは、たとえ郵送の場合でも一応印刷しておいた方が無難です。 そうさせていただきます！ 回答ありがとうございました！！

確認しました！ Please choose a delivery method for your tickets: お選びなさい、ということで １●Collect from Box Office Tickets can only be collected by the cardholder on presentation of the credit card. A signature will be required. ２●Standard Post We can only post tickets to addresses within the U.K. Overseas patrons please select Collect from Box Office この２択でした。１●だといかにもBox Officeにいかねばならないかのよう、２●は海外でも送ってくれそうだなーと思って２●を選びました。 どうでしょうか…
