現在、DELLのInspiron530を使っているのですが、 BIOSのバージョンを1.00から1.05にバージョンアップしたら、 パソコンをスリープ状態から起動するたびにBlueScreenになり、 　A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. 　 BAD_POOL_CALLER 　If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.If this screen appears again,follow these steps: 　Check to make sure any new hardware,or software is properly installed.　 　If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software, manufacturer for any windows updates you might need. 　If problems continu,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. 　If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. 　Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. 　If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select safe mode. （以下略） という表示が出て、強制再起動になる、という症状が出るようになってしまいました。 できれば以前のバージョンにもどしたいのですが、どうやれば戻すことができるのかわかりませんでした。 だれかわかる人いたら教えてください(>_<)

ありがとうございます。とても助かります。 とりあえずビデオドライバを入れてみようと思います。 あと、この症状は必ず出るわけでなく、わりとランダムで出てくるので、 ２・３日様子を見てみようと思います。 ちなみに STOP: 0x000000C2 (0x00000007 0x0000113D 0x08280023 0x87987548) でした。

なんかビデオドライバを入れようとしたら、 「NVIDIA Setup プログラムは、現在のハードウェアと互換性のあるドライバを見つけることができませんでした。Setup は終了します。」 と出てきてしまいました(-_-;)

DELLの「Windows Vista 32bit」のドライバ書き忘れです。 http://support2.jp.dell.com/jp/jp/download/search.asp?sid=INSP_DSKTP_D530&os=Windows+Vista+32bit ビデオ/モデム以外です。 多分何も入れなくてもよいかも知れません。 入れる時は必ずどれか一つ入れて様子見て、ブルー画面出たら他の修正バッチ入れて確認しながら作業してみて下さい。 （どのドライバが不都合出しているか判らないからです） 時間掛けてやって下さい。

たぶん原因がわかりました。 BIOSアップデートしてからこのパソコンは、 スリープする前にUSB接続してたものが、スリープ状態から起動した時に接続されてなかった場合（つまりスリープ中にUSBを抜いたりした場合とか）BlueScreenが出て強制再起動になるみたいです。（たぶん） そして僕はi-o data製の外付けHDDを使ってるんですけど、 この外付けHDDは電源が入ってからパソコンに認識されるまで、時間が数秒かかるみたいで（たぶん外付けHDDの回転が一定の回転数まで速くなるまでの時間かな）、 もしパソコンの方が外付けHDDの認識よりも先に立ちあがってしまうと、まるでUSB端子を抜いたような状態としてパソコンが立ち上がり、 結果としてBlueScreenが出るんじゃないかな、という結論に達しました。 アドバイス色々ありがとうございました。

Windows Vista 32bit ver162.22 (WHQL) 2007.08.02 ダウンロード (55.5MB) http://www.elsa-jp.co.jp/download/graphicsboard/drivers/gradiac.html ドライバはこれですね DELLの「ビデオ」「モデム」以外インストールでしょうか（モデム使っていなければインストール不要です） ビデオは「nVidia GeForce8600 GT」から「ELSA GLADIAC 786 GT」に交換していますので、上記ドライバをインストールです。 DELLで最初にインストールしているドライバは「プログラムの追加と消去」から消去済みですよね？（出来れば「nVidia」関係のドライバ消去してから上記ドライバインストールです） ＃検討祈ります

Vistaと認識されなくなった理由がわかりました。 互換性アシスタントで、推奨の設定を使用して再インストールするようにしてたみたいで、たぶんそのせいだと思います。 それを直すと、やはり 「NVIDIA Setup プログラムは、現在のハードウェアと互換性のあるドライバを見つけることができませんでした」 が出てきました。 あと、けっこう重大な事を伝え忘れてしまってたんですけど グラボは8300GSだったのを交換して、今はELSA製の「GLADIAC 786 GT V2.0 256MB」を使ってます。 BIOSアップデート→（BlueScreenが出るようになる）→グラボ交換 という流れだったので、BlueScreenの症状自体にはグラボの交換は関係ないかなと思ってたんですけど、DELLのビデオドライバが使えないのはそのせいなのかな。 とりあえず今はNVIDIAのHPでダウンロードしたビデオドライバをインストールしました。 もしELSA製のグラボを使ってることが原因でDELLのビデオドライバがインストールできないなら、スリープを使うのは諦めてシャットダウンを使うようにしようと思います。

言い忘れてしまってましたけど、うちのパソコンはVistaなので、 nVidia GeForce8600 GT (256MB PCI-Express x16 Dual DVI ) ビデオドライバ v.Vista 32bit 158.28(WHQL) をダウンロードしました。 何回かドライバのインストールを試してみたら、（パソコンの設定は変えてません。） 「NVIDIA Setup プログラムは、現在のハードウェアと互換性のあるドライバを見つけることができませんでした」 ってのは何故か最初の２・３回で出なくなったんですけど、 そのかわりに 「セットアップ プログラムは、使用されているオペレーティング システムが Windows Vista [32-bit] でないことを検出しました。このセットアップ プログラムと関連ドライバは、Windows Vista [32-bit] のみで実行するように設計されています。インストール処理が終了します。」 というのが出てくるようになってしまいました。 nVidiaのHPでダウンロードしたプログラムでも同じエラーが出ました。 ちなみにうちのパソコンはVistaの32-bitで間違いないです。64-bitということはありません。
