eBay 発送したくない国 避けるべき国
eBay出品者の初心者です。ナイジェリアとイタリア登録者は入札できなようにしたいです。Buyer requirements→Buyers in countries to which I don't ship→ Block buyers who are registered in countries to which I don't shipにチェックをいれて提出しても上の２国を指定したことには全然ならないですよね？どこで指定をするのでしょうか？（ちなみに出品物はWe will ship to Worldwideにしちゃってます）あと発送を避けた方がいい国が他にありましたら教えて下さい。

Note: If you are still interested in bidding on or buying this item, you may contact the seller and ask that they exempt you from any buyer requirements. ペイパルで支払うつもりでしたが、はじめての経験です。おそらく相手との交渉が必要となるようですが、基本的にどのようにすればいいのか、ご教授くださればたすかります。

ebayで初めて出品しようと思い、 ebay日本語ガイドで調べましたが、どうしてもshipping costの設定が理解できません。 (1)U.S shipping を [Flat：same cost to all buyers] (2)Services を [Other（see description)] (3)Costを記入して (4)International shipping を[Flat：same cost to all buyers] (5)Additional ship to locations- を[ Will ship worldwide] にしてどの国にもチェックを入れない。 以上の設定方法はebay日本語ガイドに説明されておりました。 （質問I） まず、以上の通りに設定した場合は出品地域はアメリカのみと言うことになるのでしょうか？ （質問II）同じく以上の通りに設定した場合は、説明文に発送方法を記入するようになるのでしょうか？ （質問III） それとCostのところは、実際の送料のみを記入するのでしょうか？それとも、みなさん、手数料も含めて記入されているのでしょうか？（郵便局のホームページで調べましても、実際に出品されている日本人セラーの方の設定されているCostとなかなかつじつまがあいません？） （質問IV） 私は、試しにトレーディングカードを1枚出品してみようと思ってます。その場合の発送方法をいろいろ調べましたが、封筒にいれて送るのあれば、普通郵便か定形外郵便になりそうです。しかし、それらはアメリカでは保険の対象外らしいです。いったいどのような発送方法でCostをいくらにするのが適当なのかわかりません。 身近に経験者がひとりもいなく、英語もさっぱりですが、なんとか、1度出品したいと思っております。 他に満足できる内容で教えていただける場所もみつかりません。 質問の内容が混乱していて、お答えをいただきにくいかもしれませんが、どうか、何とぞご回答のほうよろしくお願いいたします<(_ _)>

こんばんは。 イーベイオークションについてのお尋ねです。 米国のセラーが出していた品物が欲しいのですが、発送先が国内限定です。 そこで、「落札できたら米国内の知人宅に送ってもらいたいが、入札してもいいか」と質問を入れたところ「問題ありません。どうぞ！」との回答。 ところが、入札しようとすると This item may not ship to your location! という警告文が出ます。それを無視して次に進んで、金額を入れてbidすると You are unable to bid on or buy this item because: You are registered in a country to which the seller doesn't ship. Note: If you are still interested in bidding on or buying this item, you may contact the seller and ask that they exempt you from any buyer requirements. と出て、受け付けられません。 自分はちゃんとcontact the seller and askを済ませて、ＯＫをもらっているのですが、こんな場合、セラー側が何か出品設定を操作しなければならないのでしょうか？私はセラーになんとお願いしたらいいでしょうか？ めったに出ない品物ですごく欲しいのです。あと３日です。詳しい方、助けて下さいm(__)m

ebayの商品の紹介文のところにこう書いていたんですけど。。。 ↓ Due to eBay policy, all buyers must use PayPal. I will ship worldwide. US shipping will be $5.25 for Priority Mail. Shipping to Canada will be $11.50 and the rest of the world will be $13.50. I will combine shipping on multiple auctions wins. Please wait for an invoice with updated shipping prior to paying. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. これって送料が13.50ドルするって事ですか・・？？ 日本円だといくらになりますか？

Register with PayPal | Already have a PayPal account? と表示されます。paypalはアカウントをとってあり、ebayとリンクも済ませてるはずなんですが、ebayへの送金にも金額は表れませんですし、どうのような手順で支払いするのでしょうか？ paypalのステータスが日本関連-未承認なんですが、ここが承認済でないとリンクされないのでしょうか？

ebayでアメリカの出品者に日本に発送してもらえるかどうか質問しました。 返信が届いたのですが、要点がよくわかりません。 It is in the international global Shipping program so make the bed and we'll see what happens it should ship through eBay program they set the fees so I don't know what they're going to charge you. この後商品ページに送料の表示が出たので、設定してくれたということでしょうか？ 購入後追加料金などが心配で迷っています。

eBay初心者です。 米国限定発送の出品者から商品を落札しました。 米国国内の転送サービスを利用する予定でしたが、 落札後すぐに私の日本の住所氏名が通知されてしまったらしく、 日本には送れない！！ キャンセルして欲しいというメールがeBay経由で届きました。 なので、急いで、 私は日本のユーザーですが、米国内の転送業者と契約しています。 I am an eBay user from Japan, but I have a contract with network transferring company in US. というメッセージを送ったところ、 1通目 Sorry but I only ship to the US per auction listing! Thanks! 2通目 I will only ship to confirmed addressed on users account provided by ebay under the shipping details! i will not ship to any other address! The auction was for US ONLY no international shipping! Thanks for your interest and understanding! と怒ったような返信が来ました。 米国国内への発送なのに、日本人には売りたくないのかな？ と思っていたら、 3通目で、 Okay! ebayの取引で困っています。 当方が落札者で３月５日に支払いを済ませ、商品を待っていたのですが、３月１７日時点になっても商品が届かず、その間商品の 発送について質問のメールを２通送りましたがなんの返事がありませんでした。３月１８日になり出品者と以下のメールのやり取りがありました。取引は無効・不成立とみて宜しいのでしょうか？また Refundは私からした方がいいのでしょうか？ ちなみに落札した商品はポストカード１枚で郵送費を$13支払いました。 ＜出品者＞ Hello, Unfortunately the item was misplaced after being listed, but has been located. so I am ready to ship. The only service that will provide tracking is express which will cost $27. I am willing to ship priority mail flat rate envelope but there will be no tracking or insurance and I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items without insurance. Insured priority mail international (non flat rate) will cost an additional $10 ($23 total) . The $13 you paid for S&H covers FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY which DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE OR TRACKING. Sorry for the delay, please let me know asap about shipping. Thank you.
