[メッセンジャ サービス] というメッセージの意味

質問

パソコンを立ち上げるといつも英文のメッセージが表示されるのですが、意味がわかりません。なんのメッセージでしょうか？

Windows標準のMessenger機能を悪用したものですので、無視して下さい。

下記参考に、Messenger機能を無効にして下さい。
