お役にたてるかどうかわかりませんが・・・ まず、その予約サイトのアドレスってどうなってますか？ 最初が「http」ではなく 「https」となっていれば そのホテルはセキュリティに気を配っているホテルといえるので まず大丈夫かと思います アドレスにも、そのホテルの名前がたぶん入っているのでは？と思います （でも、httpsとなっているのは通常予約専用画面だけです。メールだとどうなのかな～） 私もよくホテルのサイトから予約します というか、海外のホテルはすべてネットで直接手配します （https、だった場合のみ） 場合にもよりますが、アップルワールドより安いことも多いので・・ つい先日のワールドカップのときも よくメディアで「すっごく値上がりしている！とれない！」と騒がれでいましたが ネットで現地ホテルに直接手配だとまったくそんなコトはなく 多少値上がりはしていても数千円程度 しかも市街の中心の大手ホテルが空いていたりして ほんと、ネットさまさまです 必要なのは、カード番号、名義、有効期限。 アメリカで一度だけ、 カードの裏に印刷されている カード番号の後に続く数字３～４ケタの入力を指示されたことがありますが、 kohamoeさんの場合は、あてはまらないので大丈夫だと思いますよ マレーシアで５０００～７０００円のホテルって、場所にもよりますがまあまあです あのマンダリン・オリエンタルでさえ 直接予約でルームチャージ１万７０００円程度だったことがありますから（朝食付き） ご旅行、楽しんできてくださいね

経緯： ホテル予約サイトから、香港のTWH - Tai Wan Hotel Hong Kong, Kowloonというホテルを予約しました。 その後、HOSTELHKGroupから Since the period of your arrival date is the peak season in Hong Kong, For the hostel policy, we suggest you pay at least 20% deposit to "full secure" your booking. といった内容のメールが来ました。 指定のHPへ行き、paypalを通し、室料の全額をクレジットカードで支払う手続きをしました。 paypalとHOSTELHKGroupから、それぞれ支払い完了のメールが来たので、予約完了と思いましたら、HOSTELHKGroupからメールが来ていました。 内容は盗難カードの可能性があるから、カードの持ち主である証明をしろといった感じです。 以下のような文面が送られてきました。 ホテルの予約をしてこのようなメールが送られてきたのが初めてですし、なにより私の英語力が未熟なので不安になってきました。 どなたか、以下のメールの内容を教えてください。 We request the following document to verify the payment is authorized: 1. Authorize letter - To show card holder agreed to use it credit card to pay room booking 2. Bank statement -To show the credit card's billing address is the same with the one that payment user filled in the paypal form 3. Credit Card - front &Credit Card - Back -To show the credit card that payment user used for room booking of (8561024R) 5. All Guest Passport -Make ease for the HostelHK staff to verify guests identity. モロッコのホテルを海外の予約サイトから申込み中です。 予約OKの連絡が来てクレジットカードでデポジットの支払いも完了済みの状態で 予約サイトから下記のメールが来ました。 当方、英語が話せないため、翻訳ソフトで調べてみたのですが、 直訳が多いため、細かい事がよくわかりません。 どなたかお分かりの方、翻訳よろしくお願い致します！ we are pleased to inform you to have received the signed voucher with credit card copy. 年末年始に海外に行くのですが、今回初めて海外ホテルサイトではなく、 とあるホテルのHPから直接予約を入れました。 その際にクレジットカード情報も入力しております。 しかし、返信メールにこのような一文が。 the credit card is only to guarantee the booking. we need payment in advance, so could you please send us mail with an authorization to charge your credit card of the total of 2st days さらに翌日に再度メールがきました。 We are very pleased to confirm you for 4 nights from the 29 december 2011 : -1 superior twin room, non smoking with bath/wc/tv/mini bar..... at 126€/night To garantee this reservation can you please send me your authorization to charge your credit card 250€ deposit これは、こちらから再度クレジットカード情報等を先方に送らないといけないということでしょうか。 2泊分をデポジットするのは構わないのですが、セキュリティーが心配です。 いまさらですが、今までどおり海外ホテルサイトから申し込めば良かったと後悔しています。 どういう対応をとるのがベストなのでしょうか？ 英文等もアドバイスいただければ幸いです。

こんばんは。 海外のホテルを予約したく、メールでやりとりしていますが ややこしいメールが来て、細かいニュアンスが分かりません・・。 辞書やパソコンの翻訳で訳してみましたが、理解しずらい 表現があり困ってます。 少々長い分ではありますが、お詳しい方 よろしくお願い致します。 We are able to offer you a double accommodation at $130.00 per day plus tax and consists of a combination sitting room/bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. All poolside units are sold out for this period, however, we will wait list you and if a poolside unit becomes available the rate will be $150.00 per day plus tax. Please let us know if this is agreeable and at the same time a credit card number with expiration date will insure a firm booking. May we also have the name of your party and flight information.
