こんにちは。 ほんとお久しぶりですねー。 それではさっそく、気づいた所を書かせて頂きますね。 When the last time did I came here? ここがちょっと不自然ですね。 When was the last time I visited here? または When did I visit here last time? などにした方がよい気がします。 Wait a minutes! I check about it at goo…… ここですが、wait a minuteですね。a がついているので。 ここの！が不自然な気がします。次の文へ続く感じとして、！はいらないと思いますよ。 wait a minute! Oh, it was two weeks ago のようにつながるのであれば、！を付ける方がよいかもしれません。 ちょっと違いを比べて見てくださいね。 Just for a second (wait a minute). I'm gonna check it out at Goo. Oh dear! It was two weeks ago! とかいえるかも知れません。 2週間前、と言うことが驚きなら、何か感嘆の言葉を挟んでみたら、気持ちが出るかなぁと思います。 check ～だとaboutはいらないと思います。 check it out はよく出てくる表現で、いろいろ使えますよ。 I wrote this below in the train heading to my office. this below はこれまたちょっと違和感です。 I wrote the/this diary below とか、 I wrte below diary と言う方がいいかなぁ、と思います。 the train heading to my office ですが、 私の個人的感覚かもしれませんが、この書き方だと、trainがオフィスに向かっているように読めてしまって、何か不自然なものを感じてしまいます。 自分が向かってると言う意味で、trainの後にカンマを入れた方がいいかと思います。 または、I wrote の前にheading to my office, I wrote...とした方がはっきり意味が取れそうですが・・・。 "gobo" について書くね。の後、「gobo」って英語で・・・なのですが、goboが何かと言うことを書いた方がいいかなぁと思います。 後を読めば判るのですが、私が最初読んだ時"gobo"って何だろう？と思ってしまいました。 たとえば、 today I am going to write about what I did with "gobo." Have you ever heard of it before? Yes, "gobo", the vegitable. とか簡単でもいいので、「野菜のごぼう」と言うことを明示したらどうでしょうか？ Yesterday I cooked with it. 「ごぼうを使って」何を作ったかを書きましょう。例えば I cooked dinner with it とか。 I have used it many times. の意味がどうも曖昧なので、 I have used it many times when I did cooking. などにした方がよいと思いますよ。 But that dish was the first time I made that dish = the first time という意味になってしまいます。 But it was the first time I cooked that dish. ですね。 Let's get started how to cook! ここですが、 Now, I'm gonna teach you how to cook it. OK? Let's get started! のようにした方が自然だと思います。 Let's get started. は、いつも、何かすることを言っておいて（またはもう全員がわかっていて）その後に「さあ始めましょう！」という掛け声みたいな感じで使われます。 その後は特に問題ないように見えます。 これまでのようにクリスタルにいろいろな話を語ってあげるよう、是非頑張って続けて下さいね。 ここで楽しみに待ってます。

Do your best!” So I must(have to? sould?でしょうか？) be honest to her. Everyone should be honest (正直であるべきですと言いたいのですが？) to themselves. Don't you think so? BTW, do you remember that I promised you about something? Yes, that’s right, Crystal! Today I have to teach you how to cook gobo. I named it “Happy Gobo”. If you will make it, you feel happy when you have it. It’s sure! Because, I feel happy when I have a good dish. I hope “Happy Gobo” will be your favorite one. Let's get started with how to cook gobo, are you ready? Recipe of “Happy Gobo” (1) Cut dried konbu into random small pieces and soak for a while in enough water to cover konbu. (15~20minutes) (2) cut slender(thin) gobo(burdock root) into 3 to 4cm length pieces (2) Put gobo, (1) (konbu and water used to soften konbu), 50cc soy sauce, 50cc mirin, 100cc rice vinegar into pan and cook at medium heat. 仕事帰りの電車が、私の英語の勉強時間です。携帯で書いています。 Hi,my sweet Crystal! Well, I am writing about komatsuna. Yesterday I bought three(3束のと言いたいのですが)komatsuna. What do you say komatsuna in English? Do you know, Crystal? No? It’s OK. Anyhow I like it very much. It cost 105yen all together. So cheep! Don't you think so? I fried it in sesame-oil and next put in pepper, salt and soy-souse. It was so delicious! Have you ever had komatsuna? No? OK! If I have a chance I will cook it for you. Now it is 11:40pm. So I have to say to you "Ciao for now!”
