point-cdさんが教えて！gooに登録した時、「教えて！goo 会員登録のご案内【確認用メール】」というメールが届き、メール内の確認用URLをクリックして登録を確認したと思います。 同様にtsunamihelp-announceに登録するかどうかの確認用のメールと思われます。 point-cdさんがtusnamihelp-announceに申請した覚えがなければ、無視した方がいいと思います。 このメールが届いた可能性として、他の誰かが間違ってメールアドレスを登録した、いたずらでメールアドレスが登録された、フィッシング詐欺等の迷惑メイルが考えられます。
