どうやらバッドトランスと呼ばれるウィルスに感染した恐れがあるみたいですね。このウィルスはメールに勝手に添付されて送られるのでメールは絶対に使わないでください。トレンドマイクロ社のサイトに被害内容や対処法が載っているのでそちらを参照してください。

メールを返信しても、hotmailのアドレスへのメールだけがReturned mailとして戻ってきてしまうエラーが何件も続いていて困っています。 自分のパソコンに入れているセキュリティーソフトはウィルスバスターですが、無効にしてやってみても改善されませんでした。 どうしたらhotmailのアドレスに送信できるでしょうか？ご教授お願いします。 以下のように書かれています。 reason:550 Your e-mail was rejected for policy reasons on this gateway. 添付ファイル付きの、いわゆる ウイルス付きメールが２件届きました。 一つ目は serv@motorsportwarehouse.comという所から、 Mail server report. Our firewall determined the e-mails containing worm copies are being sent from your computer. Nowadays it happens from many computers, because this is a new virus type (Network Worms). Using the new bug in the Windows, these viruses infect the computer unnoticeably. After the penetrating into the computer the virus harvests all the e-mail addresses and sends the copies of itself to these e-mail addresses Please install updates for worm elimination and your computer restoring. Best regards, Customers support service と言うのが送られて来ました。 ２つ目はcyber scotという所から The message cannot be represented in 7-bit ASCII encoding and has been sent as a binary attachment と言うものです。 私は普段、パソコンを懸賞に使っていて、 いろいろなショップからメールを受信しています。 懸賞サイトを覗いて広ってしまったのか、 メールから 感染したのかは分かりませんが。 どうしたら良いでしょう？ ちなみに最近ウイルスバスター２００７に変え、 スパイウイルス対策のソフトも入れています。

- googleで検索ができなくなりました。ウイルス？
googleのトップページは開けるのですが、 キーワードを入れて検索をかけると、 英語のエラーページが出てきてしまいます。 内容は↓ We're sorry... but we can't process your request right now. WindowsXPを立ち上げると spy ware alert security warning worm win32 net sky detected your machine.....とでて OKをおすと your system is infectedがでて 復元しようとすると application can not be executed the file is infected please activate your antivirus software とでて復元できず いちおアバスタでウイルス駆除はしたのですがどうにも解決しません。 どうしたらいいでしょうか。 よろしくお願いします

- 変なメールが来て心配です
一昨日WORM_BADTRANS.Bに感染してしまい、昨日ウィルスバスター２００２を購入して削除しました。ただウィルスと思われるメールが何十通か届いていた中に内容がアダルト系のものがありました。その内容は「メールありがとう」から始まってＨな内容が書いてありＵＲＬが入っていました。これはWORM_BADTRANS.Bのハッキング活動のせいなのでしょうか？だれかが私のアドレスを使ってアダルトサイトにアクセスしているのでしょうか？そのメールは削除してしまったので送信者はもうわからないのですが有料サイトなどに知らない間にアクセスされていて法外な料金を請求されるのではないかととても不安です。 どうしたら良いかアドバイスをお願い致します。

ありがとうございました メールの使用は控えたいと思います 自分はだけは大丈夫という根拠のない自信がこのようなことを引き起こしたのだと思いますので以後謙虚に受けとめ対処していきたいと思います。
